First time patient; I was brought in by prices literally half of what other places charge with a fantastic selection. I was impressed by the very clean and professional facility and was welcomed immediately. The meds are quality and cured just right. I like that staff weighs the meds in front of you, since I've gotten some questionable-looking grams from other places in the past. One downside: I ended up with a budtender who was extremely rude, criticizing my choice of meds and never making eye contact the whole time. It seemed odd, since I could hear all the other employees being very friendly and helpful to customers. I usually don't say anything in these situations, but the woman at the front desk and manager were extremely responsive and accommodating to the situation. I left feeling impressed and very solid about coming back.

Placed a pre-order which was ready exactly at the time I was quoted. Walked in and 5 minutes later walked out, there was at least 30-45 minute wait for walk-ins. Got some fire Sunny-D and Bubblegum! Definitely satisfied and feeling medicated!

I have mixed emotions about this dispensary and think twice about shopping there, I find myself having to prepare mentally for a crappy time, I'm torn tho because sometimes things go prefect! other times it's stupid busy, no parking, long waits, ghetto conversions in the lobby, rushed service, and by the time you see the bud, it's a 50/50 toss if the budtender even enjoys their job, leaves me feeling like i just accomplished a mission lol. Great bud quality, price and selection but dam, make sure it's worth it.

hit and miss with quailty... the preorder system is a joke... I waited 1 1/2 hrs at the store after I preordered 45mins prior.. given the wrong bud... when I brought it up I was treated like I was wrong so I said screw it and left with some shit not even on their online menu... used to be 5stars all day.... too many other stores with better quality and service to act the way they do! I might try again after I see better reviews, but for now duces man!

This place is dope as fuck

Whats good about this place: shopping grams for something you really like. Friendly staff. Whats not: The "deli" gimmick is a slap in the face when they use decigram pound scales to weigh your grams. The scales tip to 1 at 0.951. It adds up. Trim the useless skirt leaf on these buds, and youre not getting an honest deal at all. Please loose the deli and stem trim gimmick if you are going to use deci scales to weigh anything less than an ounce (which is 28.3 not 28 so) leaving so much leaf on low end flower is effectively stepping on the product as is.

New, quite secure building in an 'unfortunate' area of Phx. Once past the guard behind the window, you're seated in a rather nice lobby-like waiting room with TV/restroom. The meds are laid out in jars for easy inspection. Facility also has smoking accessories for sale and takes debit cards. While a great place with good to great meds, it may not be for some due to the setup, but would def recommend a look...right off the I-17.

I love everything about this dispensary except for the fact that they keep changing their Natures Vapes Cartridge prices and sizes constantly. It's frustrating being a regular customer that is constantly having things changed on them without knowledge of it being changed.

The cannabis leaves a little to be desired but dollar for dollar not sure their concentrates can be beat. Great value!

Good people, warm, knowledgeable about the product, medicine weighed in front of patients,(trust factor) very "transparent" transaction. I like the personal touch, not so much with the vacuum sealed bags

Some lady that was taking care of my order was giving me attitude and wouldn’t let me hold/see the product I’m paying for lol. Front desk was nice tho.

I was super disappointed by how the staff treated me. The bud tender also could not keep a mask on his face. He walked around with his nose out and then it went to being off. So between not wearing a mask I kept getting crazy looks because the bud tender was so high he had no idea what was going on. my order was also incorrect.

Not thrilled about my recent visit. Not satisfied nor happy. $96 later I get a switcheroo for dried MONTHS old flower. I've kept flower for months and haven't had it this dry. This my 2nd visit and there will NOT be a 3rd. I attempted to be respectful and contact a manager prior to leaving a review. I drove over an hour from florence to your dispensary. My time and money was wasted and is only worth a pre roll. I would give you this flower to throw away. I was recommended a cheaper alternative by the budtender to save money and was told the quality is the same when I asked why it was cheaper I was told they are smaller nugs.. Delistyle I usually see them trim noticeable stems in front of you as they did my first visit over a year ago. I pulled so many stems off these buds and I'm not even half way through 1 eighth yet. Great stuff when you don't even want to medicate while in severe pain because of the severely disgusting flower I received. It was worse than I'm used to at non deli locations. One stars because I can't get any lower on the quality and service.. HORRIBLE experience.. I'm coming off short term disability and I'm getting basically cheated for my money... can't believe this, budtender are supposed to be helpful, not walk you into a mistake..
