I love this location I usually always come here and they have good service and great quality flower as well as their DEALS!!! The bud tenders are always outgoing and talkative.

This is probably one of the most coziest dispensaries you could go to. When I first walked in I didn’t feel nervous about talking to anyone. I knew they would provide they would provide excellent service just based on the receptionist and their positive attitudes. Highly recommend, great prices too!

I suppose they are doing their best but they really aren't putting people's safety or the seriousness of this pandemic in consideration. They order process took about 6 hours total. Placed my order at 8:30, confirmation by 12:30, then stood in line in a parking lot with 50-60 other people right on top of each other. Also, when your order is confirmed you wait another 2 hours in line because they still let the people without pre-orders or confirmations go before you if they are in line. It's crazy, I get it, but I don't see this kind of chaos at any of the East valley locations, it's all smooth out here. Nonetheless, don't be an ass to the bud tenders, they don't have to be there and they are just trying to do their jobs.

Honestly this place is horrible, between having to stand in the cold outside, their pre-order policy being no where on the pre order site, sketchy card round up.. I don’t not recommend

I drive 30 minutes one way every week to this place. now both atm's are malfunctioning. the machine says it gave money when it didn't. there are now 3patients including me waiting on someone from accounting. but when I ask what is going on I get escorted outside because I ask what is going on? Your security guard is rude and unprofessional. He felt the need to be heard under the threat of kicking me out. He is an a$$ hole! I can't believe I spend $250 a week here to get treated like crap! UNACCEPTABLE!

Natures Meds is an outstanding place to find an excellent variety of products. The various promotions they do mix up money saving deals :) I just wished there was another closer to me.

They are getting a lot better with the epidemic going on. Quality is good . Definitely would recommend. The White has been my favorite strain lately.

This was my first time going to this dispensary. The paper you do for the first time patient, that was super quick I waited like 10 minutes in line. There was allot of people but the staff had everything flowing nicely so that was good. Also when I got to the counter my budtender was super cool,very helpful, after I bought my stuff my budtender showed me around the dispensary I thought that was cool, I wish I remembered his name lol. Overall I would recommend this place. I got flower it was really good not over priced and I got the Nature's carts those are decent but the "PCC" carts are allot better here. If you're on a tight budget the Nature's carts are not a bad choice at all.#NATURESMEDECINE

wow! great people! Had to wait in line a good time, but due to the times were in I totally understand. The owner bought every one a taco while waiting!! The bud tender was great! Recommended some great flower! For sure I am returning again.!

Worst experience at a dispensary. Waiting in long lines in the heat, feels like a huge weed dealers house. No one is professional in any way, I thought I'm never coming back

Quick service and my orders have never been wrong

1st time at this location and I was very pleased. From the security to the budtender..everyone in there was helpful and had a good positive way about them. I will definitely come back!

Crappy customer service

This has been my go to dispensary due to it’s convenient proximity as well as it’s incredibly patient and helpful staff. As a new patient I often feel overwhelmed by the choices and the staff has been kind and answered my ridiculous amounts of questions. I’ve made several choices then have changed my mind last minute worried I wasn’t making the best choice of product but the staff always assists in educating me. I really enjoy this place. I have yet to find a favorite product but I feel like I’m getting close.

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time. I really like the atmosphere. The product is absolutely amazing but it does depend on what you’re getting. The early bird special is my favorite. I would recommend going there for the early bird special concentrates and carts.

i really like the set up they have compared to other dispensary’s , your prices are always right but the tax always be getting me no problem for some excellent smoke 🤙🏾

Their low shelf bud is the best I have seen throughout my search for the best value, still havent tried their top shelf but Im sure its the bomb

One of the best dispensary for wait times and deals, but I've tried a few strains off the bottom shelf and my advice is to stay away. They have the loyalty jar and the deli-style as a nice touch. Pretty convenient location if your in Central Phoenix.

They're cool enough to give you a pre roll for reviewing their location.The 8ths they sell for 26 dollars in a jar is the same quality as the 8ths they sell for 18 in the plastic.I like how you can get weed delivered to you,they should hire more drivers because it takes a long time for them to deliver to you.The truth is the lines are so long when you go there because the prices are lower than most of their competition.I don't mind spending my hard earned money with these folks
