There to exchange a defective pod I purchased 6 days prior. I’m assuming it was an intermittent issue because I was able to hit the pod twice before it malfunctioned , which is what I told the girl claiming to be manager when I asked her to honor the exchange after her refusal. Her attitude was so flippant and disrespectful, she treated me like I was lying, so I grabbed my receipt and full broke pod, said I’d shop elsewhere from now on and peacefully left. I was halfway down the street with my elderly father, and she came running out of the store, screaming at us, causing a huge scene and told us we were banned. I’m not sure how much they pay her, but I’m no longer spending $100 a week in there, my dad’s no longer spending money in there, my brother who smokes twice as much as us combined is no longer spending money there, my three roommates are done with this store, too. She caused a scene that endangered your other employees, and lost you at least $2k a month over a $20 pod
