This place is by far the best dispensary in Arizona. I only have one issue, why, oh why, do you sell Grow Sciences? Everything on menu is reputable and amazing, while Grow Science has had recalls for getting the Arizona people sick 🤢. Pesticides are bad folks! Don't trust companies who are willing to cut corners and risk your health. They "change" cause they got caught. They've been caught twice I might add. Love this place, but don't support companies like that.

My last time goin to sticky saguaro they messed up my online order by giving me normal pre rolls when I ordered infused then told me it’s nothing they can do about it with returns because I opened it without realizing it’s not the item I ordered when they are the ones who gave me the wrong online order

I tried ordering a oz they messed up order and only put a half oz after I sent a message making sure I got a oz . Instead I walked out of there with only a quarter because they had messed up the order and nothing was left practically waited almost 40 minutes for nothing wasnt very happy because I also called after sending the message just in case something like this would happen .

Sorry but I'm still pissed.Been going to sticky since day ONE.Show up for a great BOGO special and,Sold Out. Ok ,so I look at the replacement BOGO, but I'm One dollar short!I didn't want to Hit the ATM for another twenty just for a dollar.($2.00 charge).but NO they couldn't cover a effing dollar!,BYE BYE STICKYSAGURO.

I like that they always have Tru Infusions edible gummies and their CBD capsules. I love they always run a deal of 5 prerolls for $30, and the strains are changing daily. I like that the staff is friendly and understands not all customers come in just to get high legally (nothing wrong with that) but that they also understand and assist with customers who have medical issues and want to get the most out of their medicine.

amazing products. just need more staff to keep up with demand. I have had to leave multiple times due to the lines being so long and slow that the hour or 2 wait did not seem to be worth it when I can go to stores in phoenix and be out within minutes.

Normally this is a fantastic place,great atmosphere and all. Except this visit I was a bit disappointed that the Select carts weren’t full all the way and I didn’t notice till I was home..

Expect long lines, in the summer's heat, no matter the time of day. I used to love this dispensary for its variety and availability. However, I feel they are forcing me to go elsewhere. I order online and spend an hour+ waiting in line with everyone else. I've asked multiple times to please establish an express option, I literally just want to pay and leave, they already have my order bagged and ready to go. This is truly poor customer service. Sad to say I won't be returning after this last experience.

I read the reviews prior to using Sticky Saguro, and it seemed impressive, however; my first and only visit was yesterday, I made it quite clear I am new to this whole MMJ thing and happy to be off my opiods, (I guess announcing this makes you vulnerable)..My budtender was a young lady who sold me on some Mohave Candy Rain, now, I don't know IF it is the packaging or just simply OLD product that needed to be sold because it is DRY as all get out and tastes like burnt paper..She told me it was a product they were having good reviews on, well, I must say, some people perhaps have zero taste buds.. Also, I tried to speak to her and ask questions about different strains as my needs are pain, anxiety etc. She couldn't give me any information as to what strains are more dominant in their hybrids, she just said I wasn't allowed to "sniff" the products..(never asked to)..I asked about best ways to smoke without perhaps so much "burn" on the throat, as I know some strains are better than others...I asked about pens, wax, or smokeless pens for flower and she really didn't have an answer . IF I just wanted a drug dealer I would hit the streets and saved $300 on seeing and doctor and getting a card..Unfortunately I'm 52 years old, in pain, and times have changed with various strains, and I was hoping to get more knowledgeable people to work with to help me sort some things out..I DID NOT find that here, perhaps I expected as much as I was told I'd get from these "budtenders", to me, just a drug dealers perhaps trying to make quota OR sell off the crap others don't want. And exactly why wouldn't an MMJ establishment NOT care Sativa strains AT ALL, or Sativa dominant hybrids.? That's it, I'm finished.

I understand the covid precautions i really do. However, we are now at a point where restaurants, gyms, and all public facilities have opened back up. As a patient, why am I being punished and forced to wait 45 minutes just to get inside the building? Please either loosen the restrictions or just switch to online only. Pleasing the 5% or older patients who need to “shop” isn’t very accommodating to the 95% who know what they want and want to get in and out as possible. Just surprising sticky of all dispensaries would be this far behind.

Did an online order. Super easy. Not crowded. In and out in 5 min. Great selection too.

The budtenders are always friendly, and knowledgeable about sales, products.

Worst check in procedures since covid out of all places. Plan to spend an hour or more here. Pre-order means nothing here don’t waste your time or effort

I ordered online for the first time, expecting to walk in show card pay and leave. Not the case, in line outside 30 minutes, in-line inside 15 minutes. At counter no order ready had to be assembled, really didn’t save me any time by pre-ordering. Hopefully the would not have sold what I had ordered before I got there. Suggest a drive through for online orders, with product set aside at the ready.
