Bud tenders are great but the line to get in is a disrespectful and disorganized mess. The staff direct you to sit in a numbered chair, then wants you to sit in a different chair, then another chair. If you wanna stand, you best stand in front your chair. It’s kinda like when I train my dog…

It was my first time and I was rushed. Also even though my order was over $200 I was not offered anything special as a first time customer. Not even a free item. The quality of items was great and the people seemed colorful and nice but also so much was incomplete of service especially for such a high purchase. I am honestly doubtful I will go back because of my experience on 2/3/23

Visited from out of State. Fast, friendly and super laid back. ATMs inside to help get cash. Great coupons for first time customers and the budtender had a great recommendation on a strain to try based of my wants. If I lived local I would have 0 reason to look elsewhere after my 2 visits.

I’m quite disappointed after being a long time medical patient, (since the doors opened), I was there this Friday between 10-11 AM and the female doing the patient rotation check in was incredibly rude. Standing in line I was talking to a couple of older gentlemen who were not knowledgeable about recreational and they needed some assistance, not sure where to go or what to do. One of the gentlemen stuck his head in the door and the girl was so rude to him that he and the other guy just left. After I stood in line and sang Sticky praises she blew it at the door. Nice going. I was so embarrassed.
