I am not ashamed to admit that I am from a different dispensary and I needed help. We are new at this and learning every day. When I had a customer call and complain about an ounce that they bought I was not sure what to do. I told them that we cannot take the product back because we provide medical grade cannabis to our patients and they had already opened and tested the product. I was threatened with some bad reviews if I didn't make it right because the strain they bought was not what they were expecting. I went out on a limb and called Sticky Bud Farms to see if they could get me out of this sticky situation! I had the pleasure of speaking with owner, Dave. Wow I am so appreciative that he took the time out of his day to speak with me and give me his opinion. Dave really made me feel like the Cannabis "community" is a real thing and that we should work together and have each others backs. I cannot that you enough for guiding me through this and not blowing me off like some others may have. After taking your advice and calling back our customer to make it right they were very happy and thankful. A great business starts with a great owner, you guys are amazing.

This is by far my favorite place to go! The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. They always make you feel so welcomed. They go above and beyond to inform you about the different products so you get everything you’re looking for. They are very honest and helpful and their goal is to make sure each visit is a great one. Because of their high quality products and their even higher quality staff I don’t go anywhere else. I recommend them to all my friends!!!!

This is the ONLY dispensary I go to anymore. They always have what I need at a great price. I love seeing Nikki when I walk through the door because I know she's going to pick out the perfect product for me to try, and she's always in a great mood. Sometimes at other shops, the bud tender makes you feel inferior if you don't know all the ins + outs about the industry/product. Nikki goes above and beyond to explain products and how they can benefit you. I always leave happy + have continued to return for over a year now. I've even introduced friends and family to their shop. Thank you SBF!

I enjoy this shop. When I went they had a great selection and informed staff. Again, pretty young staff but very competent. I did find the buds a bit dry. Great prices

It’s been really hard for me to find the right medicine for me, in such a growing industry. Not until I was in here yesterday and a lady by the name of Anne was so helpful! She helped describe the different varieties of strains, edibles, and other medicines you guys have available. Anne was able to instruct me on the different effects between medcines and which ones would best suit me for my needs. A huge thank you to her!

Beautiful store great staff

I have been a customer for over two years and there hasn’t been a time that I haven’t left this establishment happier than when I go in. The people are amazing, the owner is super friendly and customer oriented, and the product is amazing. You really can’t go wrong.

I got 2 10$ prerolls i couldnt even smoke them. The dry hit tasted amazing but when i lit it up it wouldnt smoke. When i cut it open it was like a joint of keif it was all powder had to puff in the pipe. So lit the seccond one and same thing wouldnt smoke what a waste of 20$
