Lux Pot Shop - Ballard

I have enjoyed it since its previous incarnation. They have consistently been patient and ready to offer lots of advice and recommendations to me.

Love the easy of parking and great friendly staff!!!

Very clean store that is in own building which is nice. The parking it a little tricky but I went early in the day and it was no issue. Would absolutely go here again. The budtenders were very friendly and informative. The products were great quality as well.

Good shop, but I went today and they are shut down with a sign on the door that says their marijuana license was suspended! First time I've seen that.

Received very bad service from Connor at the Lux lake city location. Workers need better training! Try the other dispensaries in the area instead Lux pot shop sucks!

The staff here are fabulous. I'm a novice, so I simply tell them the effect I am trying to achieve, and they give their suggestions. They haven't steered me wrong, and I appreciate the time they take to explain everything. They really know their products, are very helpful and patient.

Stash Pot Shop is far and away my favorite recreational cannabis store that I've encountered in Washington. Top notch customer service, excellent selection of cannabis, and some of the lowest prices I've found. I can not recommend this store enough.

This is my go to shop. They always have great recommendations and loads of cool products. Their menu is really well organized and makes all the strains and products easy to navigate (especially for a novice like myself). I look forward to my bi-weekly shopping visit here.

Excellent pot shop! It was my second visit to the place but the first time that I ended up making a purchase there. The budtender that helped us, David I think his name was, was most genial, enthusiastic and helpful, and took great care to explain the whys and wherefores of what to look for in a cannabis product that’s right for the experience you want to achieve, and then recommended a specific product based on my needs. Not surprisingly, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase! You can’t go wrong with this place, Ballardians.

I received really poor service from the young short caucasian female working last night. Lux needs to do a better job at hiring better workers, that are actually enthusiastic and knowledgable about selling their products. If you go here, expect to be insulted by the workers.

Excellent recommendations from the knowledgable staff who served me, including taste and effects of different and had some from different price ranges. Basic Spartan modern bud bar.

The prices are a bit high, but the location is good. The biggest problem I had was with the staff. they were super nice and gave a LOT of information, but they information given, didn't really add up and was a poor representation of the selection and the bud's effects/potency. It was my first time, this experience won't kill it for me, I will defiantly try again.
