They need to work on their customer service and retrain some of their people. Very rude. I was early for picking up an order and instead of just saying, "could you wait next time to get a text message from us before coming in, please", which I would be happy to do. And I told them that I was early. Instead what I got was and I quote "don't come in till you get a text message." Don't worry. I won't be coming in again. All the helpers act Luke it's such a chore to deal with their customers and they mostly seem to hate life. Guess I will drive further to get even slightly better service.

Great customer service and quality. The online ordering can be a little confusing a menu organized similar to the in store menu would be nice. ( organizing bud by shelf and strain online) could just be that I’m dumb looking at the website though.

I have given this dispensary multiple chances (1 full year) and yet this is the ONLY dispensary I’ve been too where the employees act snobby and very unprofessional. Its probably due to the area. (A lot of snobby rich my daddy/mommy pays my bills area) They will treat you as if you personally killed their own parents and got away with it. So if your looking for a unprofessional, rude, waste of time then go here.

I have been going to Starbuds Arapahoe for a couple of years now. The Budtenders are great. Last evening I had the pleasure of meeting "Kat" as my Budtender. Kat is by far the nicest and most importantly extremely helpful! It was a pleasure ☺. I have choices much closer to me but, Starbuds is definitely worth the extra mile.
