Star Buds Longmont

I've shopped here several times, with widely varying experiences, but today's bait and switch attempt was the final straw for me. I'll not be returning. They have inventory and pricing online and in particular, the "Flo Limone" being advertised at $99 an ounce. As a disabled person, I drive 30 minutes there only to have a salesperson try to bullshit me into paying $170 for it, claiming the flo limone that was advertised was a different one than in the store. Even though the jar labels all showed it was the same product. He was just trying to stiff a disabled person so he could get commissioned on $170 vs $99. Real nice way to treat a disabled vet, or anyone else for that matter. And don't try saying that advertised prices don't reflect in store prices, because that actually has a term assigned to it. It's called bait and switch.

The selection is good and the prices are some of the best around. It will be nice when the industry is more openly organic though. No need to smoke toxic poison.

Quick service, friendly atmosphere, also REALLY enjoy how they don't have preset amounts. I enjoy being able to see the bud in the clear jar and see what I'm getting when it's weighed out. Plus close by where I live so I don't have to travel all the way to town!

Listed as BUD I came home only to find they sold my tiny pieces of crackly, stemmy popcorn bud. I called and they seemed surprised I wanted to complain, I said this is NOT BUD. Their response, "I don't know what to tell you". Save your money, I know I wasted mine.

This is a nice little dispensary located right off HWY 66. It has a nice laid back vibe which is what I love most this place. I come here mainly for my concentrates but they also have a great selection of bud that is stored in glass JARS for the customer to see. Glad I found this place.

I love the staff they are polite and ready to help.

Let me start off by saying that this dispensary has the best terpenes of any store in Longmont. Fragrant, pungent, tangy -or whatever adjective you like to use for things that have a pleasing smell- describes just a few of the pleasing aromas this place puts off. The staff is great, too! Chris was my bud tender; this man really knows his stuff, and he has never steered me wrong!

Great products but the service was lacking. The bud tenders were not knowledgeable. I was looking for specific items for my illness and got no help whatsoever. One bud tender was rude to my girlfriend and kept telling her she needed to pull her mask over her nose yet every other customer in behind us had their masks lowered and nothing was said to them. It was also very loud in this place. I will not be visiting the Longmont location again. I'll stick to the Niwot Star Buds.

This was my second time here. I have been passing by it for over a year since last snowboarding season when I would drive through Longmont to get to the mountain. I am so glad I stopped here on my way back from boarding. Their weed is amazing! I just noticed this board they have of the US (sorry everyone else) to place pins of where you are from before weed brought you here. That is a pretty neat idea and it surely has stuck in my mind! The flower they have is GREAT and I haven't even tried their premium yet! I have gotten their 5 joints for 20 dollars and those have impressed me greatly. I have flower from livwell and it definitely doesn't get me good highs like these little joints have. Great selection, friendly folks, and prices are AS IS so no tax is added on to the numbers you see. Even when a couple of us had a short wait, they thanked us sincerely for patience. Thank you for treating us customers so well! You rock.
