I have been at this for 48 years. The staff here is awesome. They know their stuff and take the time to find just what the customer needs. It feels just right inside!

I came in the other day and was greeted by wonderful budtenders. They have a great selection of flower and concentrates, as well as glass and other accessories! Definitely worth the visit, I will be back!!

I think I was the first customer through the door :) So far my favorite shop, and I've visited a few. Knowledgeable budtenders, great deals and a cozy, friendly atmosphere. Perfect location especially if you are coming south @ Aldergrove. I go out of my way to visit this great shop.

I’m picky about my stores and it mostly has to do with the people. They were Awesome! So, friendly! So, informative and not pushy. Get In Buy Your Pot And Leave! Is how A Lot of stores are. Nope, not here, almost like hanging out with my old “Florists” 😉 I got some Shiatsu Kush from Root Down they suggested..... 🤤so yummy..... I’m definitely going to visit this store again.

I wasn't a fan of the budtenders attitudes when I came in. I was excited to try a new shop that I heard about but they didn't seem very friendly at all. I liked the selection but the people won't have me coming back, sorry. Whatcom County lacks customer service.

I bought a dab/ vape cart here for 45$. I got through about half of it and then it all leaked into the middle. Took it back 6 days later to see if I could get a replacement for the obviously defective product. The owner took a look at it, said I was 2 days over the return window, and that he wasn't going to do anything. Everyone knows these carts leak, that's why they have returns. I bought it here with false confidence that if anything went wrong they would be reasonable people and make it right. They say 'tough luck', so I'll shop somewhere else.

The pick up system and service is outstanding! So easy, the best most convenient system in Bellingham. Very friendly & knowledgeable, easygoing bud tenders. Prices are the best!! Star outlet is so good, I stopped going to 2020 (my old main) and canna zone because Star Outlet beats them every single time! This place is my new main and I literally cant wait to go back. The prices, quality, and customer service is the best in Bellingham. Absolutely blew me away
