Star Buds - Norman

Im not sure who the girl is that works days,short hair,never smiles,acts like you need to hurry up and so I stopped coming,after moving from Colo I was excited to see Starbuds in Norman,But her attitude is the worst budtender Iv ever dealt with..So I havnt been in awhile and today I called to ask about the deals&strains on the “select shelf”and what the thc was on a few of the strains and she tells me to “look it up online”!Well most of the strains online doesnt show the thc,she was rude and hung up..Also I was there in Sept,Iv always been signed up&Iv never received my rewards for the $100.I spent,I contacted the store several times to speak to a manager and never have received my points,nor a call back, no help..Im very disappointed in this Starbuds,esp when the budtender acts like youre bothering her..she never tries to show any products or make a sell,the few times Iv been in,so I took my business to Native Harvest..tell her to SMILE because nobody likes feeling rushed or a bother..Im not the only person who has told me they felt the same way about this budtender..CONTACT ME!!this is a poor way to keep customers!your budtenders need to be friendly&helpful,she isnt,whoever it is that worked Tues around noon!!So I go online to look..&as I told her,most of your products on flower doesnt give the thc..She hung up..So I didnt bother to stop!I will tell all my friends to go elsewhere because you dont represent the Starbuds as I knew in Colorado
