I have been a customer since this place has opened! Friendly staff, wonderful quality bud and good prices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Eugene area!

I recommend Sproutly to all of my friends. It is refreshing to find a business that keeps their prices affordable and such great quality of flower. I will not shop anywhere else!

Selection and quality of flower are very good, and there are plenty of other goodies like concentrates and edibles. Sproutly's flower offerings are really outstanding, as is the customer service. Everyone with whom I've interacted has been just super, especially Destinee who is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable.

Open and airy location, decent herb but seems to all be the same grow. Convenient location with parking available

These guys are amazing. High energy staff make the customer feel involved and part of the Sproutly team. High quality products at competitive prices, and the Sproutly farm always produces fantastic flavors.

What is there to say? I mean the smoke is always amazing and the staff is incredible! You're never going to walk out of this place anything less than 100% satisfied. It helps that literally everyone that works there is a stud muffin too! Yes ladies can be stud muffins as well.

Budtender was a charming young lady, and very knowledgeable. I left with what I wanted, and armed with fresh suggestions.

The location was awesome and convenient. The 3.5g for $15 was insane deal, I will be coming back for more.

I just moved to the area and have gone to several different dispensaries and the customer service at this one stood out! Right when I walked in the door, I was cheerfully greeted by a female budtender with glasses. Although they did not carry the brand cartridge I was looking for, she was able to recommend another company that I tried and love! Then she also pointed out some concentrates that were a great product for their price. I hope I run into her again when I go to prohibition Falls because she was so eager to assist and quickly helped me get what I needed.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop since they were the Guild on Cross St in Eugene. I loved the Medicine Farms Dragon Balm which is so effective for my pain. They stopped carrying it a few months ago and won't get it back. I'm moving on to greener pastures, as their icky mango lotion doesn't cut it. They've lost a loyal customer. Best have what your customers want, or they go elsewhere.

This store is owned by a con artist who forces employees to sell Trout products because he also owns Trout. Employees are however instructed not to let customers know they are the same owner so they don’t catch on to why employees are pushing such a horrible product.

A shop that accepts cards with a 3% fee isn’t bad at all if you catch them on their daily deals the right day! I came in for a cart and was happy not to be hassled or rush by anyone and more than happy I was directed where everything I wanted would be so I could just decide and take my time 10/10

Since I've moved to town.this has become one of the most convenient and my favorite dispensery in town. always have some sort of the deal and running holiday specials.

With so many choices in town, I would go further down 11th Ave and find a better spot and products.

first and foremost, the staff are amazing! I like that they know me by name and usually have an idea of what I'm looking for. the quality of service is outstanding! because of that, the atmosphere is calming and not rushed. The quality of the products are always top notch! I never leave without a smile and peace of mind knowing I'm leaving with good medicine!

I fucking love these guys. They are no pressure, which is key. Their herbs are awesome and they dont just try to point you to what they need to get rid of. The employees are super cool, personable and knowledgable. My favorite weed shop in Eugene!

The bud-tender there ignored me when I walked in to buy some buds. While I was being tended to by the other bud-tender, he kept interrupting her to talk about whatever they had been talking about before I arrived; treated me like ghost. He had a bunch of tattoos all over his body, looking tough, hiding behind a beard, but he seemed frightened of me, because I wasn’t wearing any makeup and I am an ugly woman with a big nose and frown lines. I felt he should have greeted me when I walked in, but he didn’t even notice that I had arrived. He was talking to a group of men about the cartridges for vaping sold there.

The workers here are friendly and knowledgeable. One employee in particular that I talk to each time I'm there knows her stuff. I have tension headaches that significantly impact my ability to function on a regular basis. She was able to show me a variety of products, particularly CBD products which are my preference, and gave me a run down on the differences in the THC and CBD levels as well as the pricing on the products, many of which she said she had tried herself and so was able to speak from first hand experience. She was happy to answer questions. The place has a relaxed atmosphere and is well maintained. I will continue to buy here.

The bud quality is good and the tier system was good, but I didn't like the atmosphere...or my budtender. I asked to see sativa and the budtender directed the top tier and that was it. Showed me all the different sativa ratios in the top tier, but neglected the 4 or 5 other strongly sativa strains on down the tier spectrum. Also they balked for way too long when I asked them to fill a bud container I try to recycle over and over. Also they wouldn't or couldn't calculate a dollar amount of pot. They treated me like a secret shopper. False deference. I guess the paranoia I understand.
