Fantastic selection, and knowledgeable staff. Rachael was extremely helpful and patient with some first time visitors to Washington. Their prices are some of the best I've seen around the city and their glass selection is also great!

Freindliest shop in Spokane! I've shopped all over town and GreenLeaf is hands-down the best for quality, price and customer service. Ian & Lauren are my faves cuz they go the extra mile to make sure I get what I'm looking for and they introduce me to new products. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

atmosphere is bland, selection is a bunch of b grade, the only thing for 10 a gram is worse than c grade, taste harsh, no high. Employees do not seem very enthusiastic about their job. Depressing experience overall. I feel ashamed for medical patients who will be forced into stores like this, a real downgrade from any medical dispensary in my opinion.

I have been 4 times now. I was there on opening day, and of course, waited in a long line. I have tried 4 strains from here and they were all of the most excellent quality. Expensive, but then that was to be expected at first. Fantastic herbs and medication, clean-cut staff, fast and friendly service. This seems better run than the liquor store. They even hand out free cold water bottles.

I have been to many shops in the greater Spokane area and beyond, and not a single other shop compares!!! The customer service is phenomenal! I always get acknowledged at the door and enjoy a very satisfying bud buying purchase when I get to B.S. with my favorite budtenders in Washington state. The best part of it all is that I always get quality bud and at a very fair and reasonable price. As far as I am concerned, no other shops compare! ;)

Multiple visits. Nice place and until last week. The manager blatantly lied to me, used doubletalk and never apologized. My argument was out of principle hers from $10. I spend $400/wk

more of just a publicly announced thank you, as I thoroughly appreciate the fact that you care about people being happy with their purchases. I was not expecting anything for having to use the atm because the reader was down, but it did make it more than I needed to spend by a few bucks. I was thinking I would have to part with just a little of my "treasure" to make it affordable, but she was very quick to offer something else a little cheaper, which turned out to be a + for me. They eliminated their current points system and came up with a new one without much notice. Instead of doing what any decent business would do and let everyone keep their points that they had accumulated, they erased everybody's points and made them start over from scratch. I won't be going to Spokane Green Leaf anymore.
