Tucson SAINTS (Southern Arizona Integrated Therapies)

I have been loyal to Saints for 2 years using them as my primary dispensary. Closing without notice on 3/19 was disturbing but understandable, adjustments needed to be made. Reopening without specials shows those loyal individuals how little you value them. Good luck. People are losing jobs and your profits are your focus.

It hurts my heart to write this negative review because i have had some great experiences with some budtenders. The product is decent as well. However today i left so triggered and upset because of the security guard. I was trying to call before placing an online order for pick up. I hate buying without seeing but in these times ill get over it if i could at least speak to someone who knew about the strains particular to my needs. The line was not ringing so I pulled up to the store front and asked the security guard if he would mind asking if the phones worked. Right away... Finger in my face with the other hand pointing to the sign that said "online orders". I said I understood but i needed to speak with them first. He literally told me to be patient and just go online or keep calling. So i said f this im gonna go to another dispensary then. He said f u motherfu***r go to another dispensary. I was so triggered. Instant tears like a dumb ass. I went to my car and tried calling... Finally got through and the guy at the end of the line did not care one bit. He told me it has been hell working there 50 plus hours and there was nothing he could do. He told me to call the security management. So i did but damn. Im a pretty small 31 year old woman. Not threatening at all. Crushed that saints has worked their employees to the point where they dont care anymore.

Love the people, but I'll never be back :( These products need some serious intervention.

I over heard the employees that work here, talk about how they type inappropriate messages on there customers account. That's not right. Saint's shouldn't allow that. The employees were huddled in a group and laughing about it!!

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had any problems like what I have read here in reviews. Sometimes inventory is low but they are handling strains from other growers I believe. Discounts aren’t as sweet as they used to be but what the hell, there’s a pandemic . Go to their website cause there’s no menu here.

The staff is wonderful here. I dont know what happened with other. But remember, Sometimes if you want quality and good price then you may have to wait in line. No reason someone can"t call ahead to order. I would recommend Southern Arizona 120%

very good dispensary with great prices and good customer service

I don't know what happened but I bought 3 different top shelf strains. one indicated one hybrid one sativa and they all taste and smell dirty. That's the best way I can think to describe it. it's fresh good looking bud. but it just smells funky and smokes something nasty. Prices should be way lower the lowest quality strains are higher priced then blooms prices for any strain. really disappointed I want to try them again but having smoked 3 of there top shelf strains and being so disatisfied I think I'll go somewhere els.

I've been going here for years and spent alot of money i like there staff and there products, Recently though they have gotten a new security guard that is very rude to everyone uses profanity and likes to get in confrontation with the patients, you know it wouldn't be a problem but every time you tried to bring it up to the staff even though the security is a security guard for their dispensary they tell you to get ahold of the security company and say they can't do anything about it. It really sucked with all the money that I've spent there that the staff told me that if I didn't like it I can go somewhere else, well guess what I have a lot of friends that go to Saints and we are going to take your advice and go somewhere else but hey let us know when you get a new security we'd love to come back and spend our money with you....

weed prices go up and quality rapidly declines smh....fire the security guard because all he does is grunt at people

this place has great prices bit they are always closed. which is really annoying.

I was in town and found this dispensary that had F**king Incredible on their menu (that's one of the Strains I follow). They have great prices, a Keurig with free coffee in the lobby. Staff is great, and they have lots of specials and a huge selection.

avoid at all costs.....months old weed thats probably moldy

the sunday and wednesday closures are "temporary" for now....grow better weed bring back the daily specials and lower prices

i waited 3 hours for the confirmation text pick up but it never arrived.....bring back $25 $30 and $35 1/8....even at that price point its easily the worst weed of all time

I have never received good medicine from this place take your money else where and don’t waste your hard earned money on bad service and horrible flowet !!

I like, but been turned away after driving a ways to save $'s. They close early. I get to lose my time, time with the kids at the pool, and if I go back, I get a deal but lost my savings, great. long wait times (0-50min) at times. Wish they had on line ordering, and I wish they would provide staff to cover posted hours.

God Bud and Super Critical in my opinion are their best strains, aside from that I have tried Shakira, Cheesequake and Yumbolt 47. I did not like Yumbolt 47 just wasn't strong enough. Shakira, has the earthiest and tastiest smoke of all. I am serious, if I could grow all my vegetables in that soil I would if dirt could taste pure and lovely that would be it. Cheesequake was similar to Shakira both in taste and effect but both didn't last very long...it was unfortunate. I am wondering if the mid-strains are grown intentionally weaker in THC content to get you to buy their more expensive strains. However everything about the atmosphere is nice, bathroom in the building and the front desk is very polite. The guys in the sale room are very knowledgeable and some are personal users making it easier to understand certain things. Overall, I feel if they lowered their prices a bit they'd be more competitive.

The place and price are great, the product not so much. The purple punch is reminiscent of some low THC homegrown. Not a major deal but I also got blatenly shorted. 7.6 is not 8.0gs. Needless to say I will not be returning soon.

The pasty fool up front is really cool but when I asked him a simple question I was given the most sarcastic answer for no reason. He belittled me and was rude. I have always told people that SAINTS is the goat, especially because of the 15% off online but there is really no reason it should take 3-4 hours just to get an eighth or a half. You take preorders @930 but we shouldn’t expect our order till 11 or 12 which doesn’t make sense to why it’s taking so long for an early order because the budtenders should just be collecting all the orders then fulfilling them? COVID has been going on for months and I see no improvement as a loyal customer. Just keeping it real. You all are amazing and I still got love for everyone. Weed hasn’t really disappointed and the point system is nice. Clean restroom and you offer h2o when COVID isn’t happening.
