Hello, I was recently at this dispensary making a purchase Saturday night. I told him what I wanted, and he began to retrieve said items. Anyways, after giving me a few weird looks he goes, “did you steal a gram?” I wasn’t sure if he was messing with me, or just accusing me at the time, so I was pretty confused. It had fallen behind the counter and he then realized that no, I did not steal the gram. I understand it’s a pretty common mistake, but to immediately accuse someone of stealing is messed up and uncomfortable as you can imagine. Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

There’s nothing bad I can say about Solar. Great people providing great products

Headband: 2/5 Super Silver Haze: 4/5 I have been to a few dispensaries in Mass over the summer and was pleasantly surprised with Solar. Two things they have over NE alternatives, online ordering and no lines. I picked up a bit of the Headband, the guy told me it was "leafy"... gee, don't oversell it or anything. I also picked up some of the super silver haze. The Haze is top shelf, well trimmed, great looking buds and even better effect... but dry (they still use pvc plastic tubes like my dealer).The headband, while I'd say high Mids quality dosen't retain the same beautiful appearance. leafy was an understatement! There are straight up stems and sugar leaf's sticking out of every, (broken up) bud. I'm okay with this as i know it's all sun grown, sacrificing fluffy nugs for proper flushing techniques and outdoor air is part of the game but this deffinitly leaves something to be desired.

I have been loyally coming to Solar Therapeutics sinCe their opening week when they Had Headband, Super Silver haze, Lemon haze and GG4. I cannot say enough good things about This place! All of the staff are friendly and eager to assist customers. They are all trustworthy people who will do whatever they can to help you. Their is often a quick short line with good parking. They are a far superior choice to NEalternatives for sure. Check this place out! The only flother feedback I can give is that they should try to stock a few more strains of flour and grow their own strains like Bootylicious and Head and because they are so delicious and popular. Keep up the honest hard work guys!

This place is pretty mellow , They have half gram prerolls which is rad if your looking for a different price point , plus no one else sells them in the area . Also they usually have a strong sativa selection which is great since the area is saturated with hybrids , or indica hybrids ... Keep the pure sativa's coming !

My order was ready for me when I got there. Friendly staff. No wait, I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Will be returning very regularly.

The shop and displays are awesome. But the flower was super dry and nearly not smokable.

My only complaint is that I don't live closer

I have been to solar so many times I couldn't even count. It's been my favorite until today 3/18/20. I was probably their last customer. Showed up right before 10pm and had an online order for an $18 Blueberry cookies gram preroll. I drive back to westport to get home ready to smoke and opening the tube poured what looks like bud grinded to a powder (pretty much kief?) all over my sweatpants. A thin line of this trailing out of the tube. Touching the preroll itself was loose and basically crushed with the minimal pressure of my fingers. We tried to smoke it and nearly choked on powder that got sucked right into my throat from pulling. This thing won't even light. I just tried to break it up and put it in a pipe and this pull got kief all up in my throat and tongue. It's disgusting. Of course it's all sales final. I just wasted nearly $30 for nothing. This is frickin horrible that they legit sold me kief that I cant even frickin smoke. I'm so frickin aggravated; I'm legit never coming to this place again. Terrible. Thanks for ruining our night.

NF1 just opened my $55 plus tax 1/8. Visually another disappointment! Tiny tiny dry buds by way of Commonwealth Alternative Care. Hope is smokes better than the purple trainwreck

Out of all the medical and recreational dispensaries I’ve been to, Solar is by far my favorite. The people are awesome, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and there is zero rush. You walk in, they scan your ID, and you’re greeted with a menu, and there is always someone walking around ready to help or answer questions. There are multiple sniffers on display, so when it’s time to check out, there’s no line of indecisive people. They’ve got it right!!

starting to have a respectable selection of thc and cbd products. anything they carry from rev clinics in my opinion is always the best quality there. I've had the XJ-13, black mamba, bootylicious and stardawg from rev clinics and they by far are the superior company. commonwealth alternative care has some good wax and flower, but at times seemed to not trim there plants proper. curaleaf is good too but the headband flower was a bit leafy. some of the green gold group is a little less worthy with quality of the flower. my lucinda William's and ghost of leroy og were not very memorable as far as taste and smell. the queens mother goji isn't the best either but smokes pretty good. INSA I've only tried once recently but its good quality for sure. the ecto cooler eighth I bought was perfect. Great spot that has become my number 1 for any cannabis product. I've been to 5 others in Mass and this one is better than any other in all ways. adequate parking, no standing outside, a store that actually was laid out correctly and possibly the smoothest process of any of them when purchasing. knowledgeable and friendly staff definitely make it the place to go

Friendly staff online ordering is a breeze

I went for my first time today and I plan on coming back! The staff was super friendly from the security guards, the people at the front desk and the budtenders, all were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable! I grabbed 3 prerolls, 2 Death Star and 1 Bootylicious and while I think they were a little overpriced, I still believe you are getting what you pay for! I hope they have some sort of deals in the future! Overall 5/5!

Easy to order online but still change it if you need to when you pick it up. Also easy to just be in and out and get great service along the way 110%. I'm in a ride share driver and I know about great service bc I try to give the very best service I can so I appreciate it.

The facility's entrance was small, but I was greeted with a friendly service rep when I entered. Like most places I was handed a menue and was given access inside. Large, clean room with art for sale and a knowledgeable gentleman named Brett, showed me tables that contained samples of strains to view and smell. This was different and it was nice to see the product on hand. Although they do not grow in house they are using familiar outreach that supply to other dispenseries. He answered my questions honestly and swiftly. The budtender, Chris, pulled my order quickly and effectively. The vibes here are great, and I'm excited to try my products when I get home.
