Sol Flower - Tempe - University (MED/REC)

Wow Talk about disrespecting your medical marijuana patients. Bunch of sell outs I cant believe y’all would get rid of the deals and make us wait in line with a bunch of casuals ... good luck with your small studio dispensary and y’all better use all that greedy money to get yourself a bigger place.

I've always liked this place and have bought most of my flower from them in Tempe since they opened at both locations. It really leaves a bad taste that now recreational is here they send out an email saying what to expect for the medical patients. Long lines, no more specials, spend your rewards or lose them, and higher prices on everything. That shows zero respect for the medical patients that have made them and Copperstate a success and is just greedy. I've seen virtually all the other dispensaries doing to getting ready to do the same thing.

I went in for the first time visit and left with nothing I guess he said I threw all of the medical marijuana card specials out the door when recreation came in. I will not spend my money here there is beautiful places to go to that will treat you right and that deserve you hard-working money

The place threw their medical card holders under the bus. Their own brand may not have been the best, but it was affordable. Now it’s just overpriced because of their shift to cater towards recreational use. I will not be coming back & telling others to stay away as well. Bad business decision by whomever made it.

What happened to the 60$ halfs??? They upped the prices to $70 for 14gs and each location shorted me every time. Now they don't even offer the bulk flower deals?? How lame can you get? Ugh Sol Flower used to be my favorite and i recommended to everyone but now i'll tell people to stay away!!!

i was a big fan of sol i loved the deals and all it was the only dispensary i went to but when i saw they removed deals etc. for rec use it foresure was a punch in the gut , can say i will probably no longer go to sol the deals what were set them apart from every other dispensary. deeply disappointed with sol

PRIORITIZE MED PATIENTS- STOP BEING GREEDY!!! The mismanagement of Rec sales is shameful and not fair to people who need this as medication!!!!

HEADS UP TO CURRENT PATIENTS.... Sol was my favorite dispensary and I am a loyal customer. I went today to use my 3rd time new patient deal at this location that I’d been saving and was told they are NOT running any more specials, daily deals, or honoring patient specials like the 1st-3rd time offers as well as ending the point system. If you’re a current patient you have until April to use points FYI. Now patients that have been loyal to them before recreational, are not being honored.

Just so you're aware, getting rid of your daily deals and $70 half ounces was probably the worst decision you could of ever made business wise. I get you're banking on Prop 207 and recreational making you more money in the long run but being as there are currently 80+ adult use dispensaries in the valley that all sell the same products you do, getting rid of the ONLY thing that set you apart from everyone else means now you're just another building that sells weed. You continue to favor recreational users over the medical patients who literally built your company and best bet you'll continue to lose thousands is business each week.

Charged recreational tax by accident as a medical patient and went back to correct issue and was told it was my fault because I was checked in as rec Payton by accident last time. Never going to this place stay away they have been charging me extra money as medical.

I aim to leave the most honest review that I can. Let me start by saying that before Rec passed, Sol Flower (all locations from Sun city to tempe) was my go to spot. They always had a REASONABLE price on their flower which which as a heavy user I depend on. Since recreational passed however, I’ve seen greed get the best of this company. They always had (what started at $60) a pre packed half oz that was decent quality and a FAIR price. It slowly hiked its way up in price up to $75 which I could understand if the quality was going up with the price (something to logically justify the increase)however, that’s not the case here. The quality stayed the same and maybe even decreased a bit, yet the price kept climbing? Now what they’ve done (which is sneaky and dishonest in my personal opinion), is they’ve removed the half oz special all together and replaced it with what you know is the EXACT same flower, but now it’s pre packed in smaller amounts (3.5 g) so they can sell it for an EVEN HIGHER PRICE! It’s like you guys forgot about the patients that made it possible for you to even have a business ! They do nothing to incentivize patients to keep shopping with them and until they do , my money will be spent elsewhere. There’s definitely no shortage of dispensaries with high quality medicine and much better pricing to choose from.

This was my first time at Sol Flower. There was a lot more variety in edibles here than any other dispensary I’ve been to. Cole was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while helping me choose the right products for me. Everyone else I encountered here was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming here again!

First visit was great, but second and third time were not good experiences. Also, although the website says you AND the person who refers you both get a preroll, the university location does not honor that. Recommend any other location but this one, for Sol Flower.

WELL...I guess I should have known before I walked in that it was no good. They had no cars in the parking lot or customers AT ALL when i showed up. When I asked if they had new patient deals for med patients and the staff laughed and rudely said "we don't do deals here." NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money at that location.

I went to the McClintock Sol as a FTP since they’re open later (10pm) vs the University location (only open til 8pm.) Liked the flower but not the way they have everything in back out of sight & sniffing range so you can’t see or smell what you’re gonna get until it’s paid for & too late to change your mind. No way to choose meds based on anything other than name of strain or product.

med rec and online orders all in one line; im medical and placed online order, still had to wait no first time deal popcorn nugs are refluffed almost to the point its unsmokeble counters are a mess couldn't put my purse anywhere to put my stuff away and all you see are weed tubes everywhere will not be coming back will not be referring anyone here

Worst sol out of them all!! Apparently they use people's loyalty points without being asked to use. complained to a female manager who said its only .70 cents? like wow yea ita chump change but ita the fact of the matter that I should of been asked to use my points I accumulated?! the sol flower on McClintock never let's me down. super fast super polite and always fixes solution without being questioned!

im a medical patient, and i have a problem with how many “SPOILED” medical patients (babies) there are in this community. yall have the same attitude that baby boomers have towards literally anything. if the only complaint you have is the price, which is the one of the lowest in the valley by the way, then you dont belong in the cannabis community.

Alright.. I see you. While $15 more than the original price of your house flower half ounces, you've either noticed the significant drop in sales since you initially removed them or you've scrolled through your comments, read to our reviews and have taken that criticism to try to and find a balance between the recreational and medical market. Whatever the reason, while I wish it was still the original price, you continue to keep your half ounces on the shelves and I guarantee you'll start seeing an influx in patients.

2nd worse dispensary next to harvest, shitty customer service, use to be cool until rec passed, then they took all discounts away, save your money shop elsewhere

horrible service, everyone is rude and they don't have a great selection all there stuff is garbage DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. one employee Eli was completely rude and horrible customer service. the worst I've experienced and they didn't have anything for my first time

I bought an 8th and when I looked at it looked like 2 grams. So when I got home and weighted it it was 2 grams but labeled the container as 3.5 grams. Now it’s too late to take it back since I opened it. I also have pics and videos to prove it as well. They was never an issue til yesterday. I get flower is all different but only 2 grams in an 3.5 container seems ridiculous.
