Their policy says they replace vape pens up to three days after delivery. They sold me 3 broken vapes pens and would only replace two. The driver replaced all 3 and now they say I owe them money for the third one. Worst customer service ever.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU ARE BPOC. Driver is extremely rude and racist. reached out several time to customer service and manger but they seem not to care. SMH never again

I had some carts delivered and candies. The candies were expired and old. The vapes do not work and cartridges taste nasty like oil and have no effect whatsoever!!! I asked if I can substitute them and there is no point because they sell GARBAGE!!! They told me that they will no longer do business with me with my complaints. Please do not spend your money on the shit they sell and most importantly- they do not care about their customers which is a shame to their business and products!!!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR GARBAGE

I had purchased some flower for my husband’s birthday from this company. The delivery time was awesome. However, the product is trash. I could probably buy better from a high school kid growing it out of his backyard than what I received today. I remember buying better weed and High School that was Brown than what I received today. When I contacted the company, I was directed to a call center from what seem to be like in the Philippines. They directed me to their chat. I went on their website and explained what happened and requested to exchange the garbage product I received for something else, but they inform me that they could not do that. I don’t know what type of garbage they are providing to their customers, but I would never do business with this company again and I would really , convey to everybody else that it is not in their best interest to do so either.
