I walked in the store yesterday and was absolutely amazed! The staff was wonderful, but the assistant manager Josh was amazing! He helped me find exactly what I needed for the pain I was having and gave me some great deals. I will definitely be going here again.

I love this place; rarely have to wait, and they always have what I'm looking for in stock. Not to mention their prices and quality are fantastic and the staff are great.

This was our first visit to Silver Stem Littleton. It was also the first time we've seen flower taken care of in such a complete way. The display containers were impressive with the magnifiyer and scent holes. And the storage cabinet for the large air-tight containers shows how much they care for their organic products. The budtenders genuinely care about the customer and the product. They love what they do! And it shows:) So happy we found you~

Great helpful staff

This is THE best medical dispensary you'll ever find!!! The staff is knowledgeable and they always go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and that you are getting the right medicine. The strains they have on a regular basis are all incredible, but they get different strains in all of the time, so there is always a wide variety to choose from. Being able to order online and pick up quickly, makes it easy to grab and go. I highly recommend going in and talking to them if you are wondering what would be best to treat your illness. The lounge area in the back is extremely comfortable. The chairs are plush and they always have something good to watch on TV if you have to wait. It's never a long wait, the efficiency of the staff gets you in and out without you feeling rushed. However if you need to consult with them, they are more than happy to spend extra time with you. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. They are THE place to take care of you. The rewards program is amazing. I challenge anyone to find a better rewards program!!!

At Littleton location this week there was no one at the welcome window and there was a line of people. People in line wondered if the window was just for medical vs. recreational….people in line we’re getting upset as people for medical came in and went straight to the window creating another line for medical… Bottom line I’m suggesting 2 people Service the rec and medical. At other rec stores people walk in directly and show their I’d and move on…medical has to check this and that b4 they are let in… Any way people started a medical line and the recreational people were pissed Cuz there was only one window to check in and nobody was there .. for at least 10 minutes. This is my favorite dispensary! It’s always such a pleasure to speak to their experienced and happy staff! Every time I go I feel like my experience matters and it’s not just a transaction.

They're not too bad. Be aware that if you're over 40 they will treat you a bit differently. The bud tenders tend to be a bit rude (on most occasions) and will treat you with a bit of disdain. I've seen several employees cuss openly and act a bit arrogant in front of customers. They also initially gave me the run around regarding my med card due to their ignorance at the check-in, resulting in me having to make. few different visits to clear it up. Unfortunately, there's not an abundance of Med dispensaries in LIttleton. They don't stock as much product as other places either. I don't want to totally trash the dispensary, as there are definitely some pluses to shppping there, such as a liberal credit given and the occasional helpful budtender who actually listens rather than trying to get you out the door by giving you a product you really didn't need or want based on explaining to them what you're looking for. Regardless of the experience, they will definitely expect a large tip. Just my 2 cents based on my experience. YMMV.
