Great bud tenders!

Everyone is as chill as expected and deal with my dumb ass questions, so I can’t wait to go back.

Went into the Quincey location for Medical. Started to shop, the bud tender was being grumpy about letting me smell the product. He said rudely that I couldn't touch the bud. I replied that I was smelling and not touching anything. I had mentioned that the last time I was in, that I was allowed to smell the product. He said it was new policy. I said it sounded like bullshit. He said if I wanted I could ask the manager. So I took him up on his offer and decided to hopefully get someone with some curtsey for customers. I explained what had just accrued to the manager, he apologized. He tried to assure me after the experience. But I had gotten a bad vibe from the initial bud tender, and just wanted to get my medicine and leave. The manager had let me smell the product to make my decision. And given discount on my purchase for the experience with the first bud tender. So the whole incident with the first bud tender was for nothing! And for someone with P.T.S.D. that's not cool! Really doesn't want to make me return to repeat that kind of service to me. So I'm strongly considering taking my money and future business to a different competitor that's welcome to people examining their product (since dispensaries are charging fine wine prices, customers should be able to examine the product by looking and smelling for helping in the decision of making a costly purchase). So if any of you run into a big guy with blonde hair and a beard, kinda looks like Santa Claus, I would get a different bud tender and hope your experience is better than mine.

Every single time I go into Silverstem sw I am greeted like family. The professionalism, knowledge and the consistency that all the staff exuberates day after day is one of the main reasons ( besides the excellent product Silverstem provides of course) i will always return. On top of that the organization and cleanliness does provide a very efficient atmosphere. Thank you you for your hard work and dedication.

I found silver stem cannabis too be very innovative in there way of presenting deals and good prices on the essentials I need, but i dont like the how there is no specific kinds of essentials I need like black dog OG

As always the service was amazing and fast. Selection is great for what looks like such a small spot. I’ve completely switched from native roots and go here almost exclusively. Plus they have a points system! One that accrues real discounts.

The prices on medical are fantastic. With being a member and a veteran, I can get such an amazing discount on incredible flower and contentrates.

My first pot shop (2016) is still my fav pot shop (2020)! I've moved to the East side of town so I usually go to the Colfax location, but I still come back to SW every few months just because it's my "comfort zone" shop. Clean. Welcoming. Tons of products.

This was my first time at a dispensary. The woman who helped me out was absolutely amazing and helped me understand what was what and gave wonderful recommendations. I’ll definitely be going back!

This is my favorite shop. They are always friendly and helpful. But most importantly, their flower is high quality and tasty. They are also cards, have a good reward program and sales going in all the time.

You guys have the best staff everytime I walk in! I'm always quickly greeted with a warm smile(you can even tell under a mask) and so much help when it comes to deals good choices for bud etc. I will always return!

I like this place. Good atmosphere and vibe. The selection is okay with flower but their carts, wax, shatter, etc is out of this world! I was very pleased to purchase a 1000mg cart for $30. The last place I used to shop at charged over $40. The budtenders are pretty chill and very informative! So far I have not had a bad experience (knocks on wood) The only issue I do have is that this location is quite small.
