Been there several times, prices are always a bit high. This past weekend they advertised some sales; should have been informed product was a month past "best by" date. Was laughed at by customer service and they were hostile; I never wanted an exchange or refund
i preordered an amount of flower, but when i arrived at the dispensary they told me it had been sold. they told me that it was "first come, first served." this is not the practice at other dispensaries, and it negates the benefit of preordering. folks who live out of town cannot always be the first to arrive!
this will encourage me to use other dispensaries whose policy is less discriminatory and punitive. the dispensary is Shangri la South in Columbia, MO.
I've been here several times and now I don't go anywhere else. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. Immediately upon entering I felt comfortable. They never make me feel as though I'm asking too many questions even though I have many each time I come in!
Did I mention their selection?! They have so much!
I will definitely recommend this to both someone new to medical cannabis and to the experienced user.
