This place is fantastic, I had all my questions answered by an extremely nice staff, and was also told to try a CBD for my anxiety disorder.... it totally worked and now I'm not anxious about the head high symptoms from THC....not that there bad but I am just that nurotic I panic about anything. thank you and I will be back for more Ringo's Gift!

Taylor and her staff at shango are always helpful! I love shopping with this location, they are fun, professional and know what they are talking about. I'm they type to spend money, but I want top notch service while I do it and the Harold location does exactly that every time. I know I'm getting too notch service every time I go in. Thanks again guys!

Wow, I was floored by the quality of the product and the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. I walked in expecting to spend $$$ on one ounce and went home having spent $$ on two ounces of inexpensive, yet quality flower. Que viva Shango, señores.

Tiana won't be happy with me until I file a review, so here goes. All the bud is indoor, grown by Shango themselves. Of the five places within a ten minute walk, this is the best combination of good pot and reasonable prices. Highly reccomended.

Feeling as though I got rushed.. (Hate the most) and Doesn't have many strains but being so close to legalization I can see how it's all about the patient here and not a dollar bill.

Good customer service

To be fair the flower selection here is superb, however the customer service and policies of this place leave a lot to be desired. This ridiculous garble about requiring you to bring in your child proof container or you'll be charged for it's replacement is completely ridiculous. They claim to be hiding behind the new OHA guidelines; as a past dispensary manager I can tell you this is BS and that other methods can be taken to comply with the mandates and not require their current practices. They post specials that have quantity limits and then fail to disclose these limits until arrival to the store. When you speak to management there is a complete lack of concern for your issues and no offers to correct the situation or good will gestures for the inconveniences caused by these issues. This is a nice place and next door to me, but I won't be going back anytime soon...

I've been to 4 or 5 different places, and this one is by far th best one. The staff is very friendly, nice display area. great deals everyday. I'm definitely going to bring in some friends. I recommend you do too

A little bit of a different setup but I like how they display the different strains. Their flower looked beautiful for the most part. Flower was prepackaged and no complaints except the Sticky B nugs were popcorn sized. Got the chill berry, Orion's Belt, and sticky b and they all were pretty good. Staff were friendly and service was good. Thank you to the young blonde lady that helped me. Overall is was a pretty good experience. I will be back. :) Ps they gave me a free joint for being a first time customer and I got the banana kush and it was a killer joint! Thanks for that!!
