I've been purchasing flower from Shango for over 6 months now and its the only dispensary I will ever go to. They know my name, all of the staff is especially friendly, specifically Steve and Sam. Those guys are the best! Also the bud is great quality and great price. Its my art gallery for pot, and I will always return!

I have been to many dispensaries, now that I've found Shango... it's my go to store. You cannot beat the quality of product or the most excellent sales associates. 5 stars all around

I LOVE that it's close to my house and a high end store...far more classy then the Plaid Pantry like store i have dreamed of for years. The staff always provides excellent customer service. The quality of goods is outstanding and i find Shango informative about their products along with being approachable in this new era.

I've been to a lot of dispensaries since legal recreational sales kicked in last October, and Shango is definitely one of my top favorites. My first visit was on the day that sales of rec edibles, topicals, and concentrates started, and I had already been to 3 other dispensaries that day. Most of them had at least a few items in each category to offer, but the information I received about what was allowed was hazy and varied from store to store. One budtender, from another dispensary, even told me that topicals were still off-limits. As soon as I got to Shango I was given the straight facts (which I later confirmed online). The budtenders who helped me, Tiana and Teisha, were able to offer advice on a lot of the products, but were honest with me when they hadn't tried something I was curious about (this is exactly what I hope to get from any budtender). They gave me a Funk Sac, which I really needed since no other dispensary even offered me one. I don't have children, but I'd never forgive myself if one of my friends accidentally ate a medible at my house. Also, my partner DOES NOT partake, so it's an extra level of security there, too. The interior of the store is clean, organized, and professional. Some dispensaries make you feel like you're at someone's yard sale or Tupperware party, but Shango actually feels like a business in every way. In short, YES I will be back (very soon), and YES, I will bring my friends. Shango's approach helps legitimize the recreational market and should be supported in every way possible. Keep up the good work!

Tiana was very helpful, and friendly, she pointed out some good deals and this is now my favorite dispensary in southeast Portland. They also have a great variety of different kinds of flower. More flower for your $

Every time I visit here I feel like I'm in the candy store scene from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. You know, the one where the candy man sings while gliding around on a rolling shelf ladder and showering colorful treats over all the schoolchildren? The colorful treats here are great quality, and the ambiance is both stylish and modern...yet what really makes this place hard to beat is the staff. Pretty much they're like the candy men/women of cannabis; friendly, knowledgeable, and quite passionate about helping their customers find the best strain to fit their needs. Sam assisted me while I explored the variety of strains, telling me about each one in turn, and advising which ones I may like based on my tastes. His suggestions were right on target! Overall, great place, and even greater people. Many thanks to the staff, and special thanks to Sam, the cannabis candy man! ;-)

I've been in here several times now and the staff is always amazing. Sam helped me tonight decide what I wanted to buy, but everytime I am in the service is excellent. This is my favorite location/place to shop because it's so chill.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I have not been disappointed by any of the product I've purchased from Shango. Nice to have in the neighborhood for convenience.
