Shango - Las Vegas

I was in on the 27th. Shamika H was right on top of it. She showed me what she thought I would like and I got home, had everything I needed. Thank you Shamika.

Shango is a cool dispensary. The staff was great especially Shamika.

From the time I entered The Officer at the door, the check in, excellent customer service. Then when i got to the back the Officer there was very helpful, Nicole D. was fantastic, excellent customer service, so patient, and pleasant. Keep up the great job

I bought some flowers and when I got home you can tell the labels were removed and replaced with different ones. This is a little suspicious, I don't like the fact that my stuff was tampered with. Flower products are not sealed 🤔

The wait 2 wks ago was 6.5hrs now tonight I'm waiting for 8hrs and they haven't shown up yet or even call and say the are 8hrs or more behind. I always tip but I won't be if they ever show up. I'm going to find somewhere else tomorrow, I'm super sick of this. U call and ask why does it say on their website deliver in 60-180min and then she got an attitude. There r plenty of other dispensaries around so I'm going to check it out.

Although the staff was friendly, the overall atmosphere felt a little like the office in Men in black. 😂 They gave an awesome newbie freebie and carried a strain I wasn't able to find in the Phoenix valley. Reasonably priced too! I recommend to anyone in Vegas.😊

they do not have a good environment that other dispensaries have in my opinion, none of the budtenders I've dealt with were knowledgeable, and they make you pay for bags even if you're spending $200 they will charge you a dollar for the bag, which If you're buying a one preroll fine but even then if you're spending 40 bucks or more, give me a bag free of charge, I won't go there anymore, and I've spent hundreds and hundreds there.

This place used to be legit. Been coming here over a year and used to be able to count on the quality. At some point the quality started to wain a bit and some things were hit and miss. The last 4x in a row my bid has been full of seeds. This time is the worst I’ve ever seen. Super lame. You obviously know you are selling weed with seeds in it, if I have enough knowledge to ask you if the bud I am buying is gonna have seeds in it, I expect an honest answer.

I love it here. Great folks. Rachel P was a very helpful budtender. I’ll come back with friends. I highly recommend Shango.
