first off, the staff at Bigfoot are very friendly and informative. I shopped at another shop in town for a few years until I stumbled into Bigfoot and fell in love with everyone! the price on the product is what you pay and they have a great discount card program for regular customers such as myself. the shop is very well lit and you will find tons of homemade treasures from local artists around the store. Great quality glass products if you are needing a new piece! This is the best shop in Molalla infact I would consider this the best shop I have been to in the PNW! cheers!

It was my first time stopping into a Shango although I've heard about them for awhile now. Everyone was very friendly and I was helped in a timely manner! It had a very clean vibe and I was not disappointed in the bud I got. I'll have to come back and check out some of their other products.

I love going this shop however I was a little bummed the vape pen I got came with no box no pamphlet on what to do if it's not working ect........ Is this normal to sell a smoking device without any info on it what so ever???

Amazing service, knowledge, and professionalism every time

So after my first review I gave, unknown to me it was actually opening day when I went in. So it may have been a bit more biased. I have gone in twice since then and I'm still unimpressed. They have there "Display" models in a drawer. Did the word Display change in the past couple years? Not having your "Display" models on display, is like calling fire "wet". To respond with "it's company policy." Just makes me think that the "Company" is ran by someone who contradicts everything he/she does. It's not rocket science Shango, it's just RETAIL. I've honestly tried to give this place a chance, but each time I've gone in, I'm disappointed by the service and the way the place it's ran. I do think the store is nice, clean and organized(ish). The store doesn't seem to be managed well in my opinion though. I also didn't care for one of the employees giving me attitude for wanting to look at a product. Sorry for asking you to do your job.
