Nice, clean, and professional looking. Bud tenders were nice. One downside is that there weed that isn't top shelf is all squished into pre-packaged containers instead of jars.

Bigfoot bud company is top notch and should be recognized for making every single person who walks through the door feel like an old friend. Aside from the quality of their products, Joi, the owner, I belive thats her name, is so authentic, relatable, and open to anything that benefits the molalla community. Yesterday, she made so many people happy. She had so many incredible deals. 8ths for 4.20, 10 gram joints for 4.20 She made it possible for everyone to afford something exciting. Her gift bags were made with love. I didn't have quite enough for all the flower I wanted, and the manager covered it. It made me feel grateful. I am still so grateful. I love their team and the owner is running a buisness that is built from Love and truly cares for the wellbeing of all who come in HER door! It feels like home. I've tried this place a few times now. First time felt like maybe the budtender wasn't very familiar. Second and third time were wonderful. Gave me a deal on edibles and turned me on to the better deals. I'll be recommending it.

I went into Shango about a week ago and picked up some CinEX. The guys in the shop were nice and friendly. What I loved about the shop: clean friendly environment, nice display cases for flower and a HUGE variety for what feels like a small country store. What I thought could have been better: In an industry that is already so competitive on price, customer service is what creates repeat clientele - I was surprised to not find a single tip jar in the store to show some extra appreciation (I even asked about a tip jar and was told they don't use them). I think plenty of people would show a little extra appreciation if they had the chance, and I don't think it would offend anyone to have them out. Also - I understand that pre-packaged flower has a lot of benefits (shorter wait times, consistent weight, easily dispensed) but it takes away from the experience a little - it's like going into "Rich's" for tobacco vs a corner cigarette store - it's just a fuller, funner visit when it's hands on. Overall it's a chill shop and I'll totally be going back in the near future.

Shango Molalla dispenses fresh, high quality flower. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowlegable. This dispensary provides a relaxed, yet professional setting. Over all, good vibes and satisfaction with every visit. I prefer this dispensary over all others.

I love this dispensary! I always have good conversations, get amazing reconditions, and it feels so homey! The bud tenders are amazing and really helping be more educated and helping find what what strains work for me!

Great location, crappy service. Asked for a strain that was listed on the screen and was rudely told they don't have it. Which was fine, but he didn't recommend anything different or make an effort to grab the other strain hubby asked for. Disappointed in our first visit. Probably won't be back.

I visited this location about 3 weeks ago for the first time. When I walked in I was so extremely intrigued but the way everything was set up. Everything was so organized and informational it gave me such confidence to purchase the strains I came for. Not only that, the staff were all super rad. Megan, whom is the manager, is such a sweet heart and she is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for a great first visit and I can't wait to come in again!

As I work in the service industry , I am very aware of my customer service interactions. At Shango today I met the most eccentric lovely front lady, Elise, who was able to help me with all my marijuana needs! Highly recommended! Ask for Elise she'll brighten up your day!
