've been on this earth for 60 years. I have never seen an employee get bullied and escorted out the building. Coming to find out all Janae did was put in her two weeks notice. I'll never shop here again! She's there BEST employee hands down. I'll spend my money somewhere else!!!

I had a wonderful experience during the tour at seed and smith, Charlie was an amazing tour guide! I had amazing service inside as well picking out my products and they have great prices for their product! Tess helped me out in the store and she was also great! I highly recommend this place and their tour!

Amazing shop and their store brand vapes are outstanding. The MAC 1 Live Resin cartridge is ridiculously head-clearing, invigorating, and also calming. Highly recommend.

I’ve been in this industry for several years now, shopped over a hundred dispensaries, and done business with twice that many. Seed and smith is as good or better than any of them. The prepackaged ounces are beautiful: nothing but giant top nugs with zero popcorn or shake. The atmosphere and selection are very competitive as is there price. What I like the most is the service. Desna provided us with an attentive experience: super knowledgeable. She was friendly and engaging, didn’t rush us at all, and tailored the experience to our knowledge level. it’s nice when your bud tender can see what you know and concentrates on telling you what you don’t know. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out

This is My favorite local dispensary everyone’s always super kind and the weed is always fire, prices are low, this is a five star dispense to me .

The product is beyond amazing for medical. The prepacked ounces are beautiful and fresh. The wax and shatter have a clean aroma from beginning to end; the taste is smooth. The Med specials and discounts are pretty great and the selection is very up to date; the budtenders and management are very open to communication about product and strains. The customer service is very awesome; the budtenders are knowledgeable about strains and uses along with being super friendly.

Very quick and easy stop. Had everything I needed. Javohn was very helpful and friendly.

People are so awesome. And can’t pass up deals like these. You have to see it for yourself.

I went to this dispensary in mid-November 2020, my first time since COVID became an issue. I had researched online that you had to place an online/over the phone order and that you're unable to just go into the dispensary just to browse. The websites I went to prior to my visit listed the base retail price (which had increased since my last visit in Jan 2020), not out the door price. All in all I ended up paying $193 for an ounce of weed. An ounce of weed that I later found out was only 15% THC.* If they had had correct pricing online I wouldn't have bothered and just went to a better priced dispensary. The only reason they got my business was because I paid with my debit card with a quote that was only the retail price, not the out the door price that includes taxes AND an ATM fee (their "debit card" payment option is treated as an ATM withdrawl by your bank). I can't help but feel a bit cheated. Almost $200 for an ounce of weed that's only 15% THC. That's so disappointing. All the strains I ever got from this dispensary were higher in THC and cost a lot less. I used to be able to get an ounce for about $150 out the door just in January. I think this is just another testimonial to how COVID has impacted businesses. I'm not mad at the dispensary for increasing their prices because they probably had to but it really sucks paying almost $200 for an ounce of flower when I've usually spent $150 or less on many other occasions. *I have read articles saying that a lower THC percentage is not indicative about how high a person will get. I merely mentioned it in my review because some people do put a higher monetary value on higher THC percentages. This may be important to those people when looking to purchase from this dispensary. The flower--Cookies and Cream--wasn't anything special.

The visit was nice and I picked up an ounce of sour diesel and when I open the bag I was shocked to see giant nugs which was awesome and I always want big fat giant nugs I don’t care about the stem I want big Kolas every time! Unfortunately with a deeper look I realize there was a lot of leaves so I had to manicure my entire ounce so I have a lot of leaves without any frost on them so I’m not very happy about that! I mean whoever was trimming did a horrible job and needs to be re-trained? I mean if you’re going to charge that much for an ounce it better be top shelf nice looking so I don’t have to trim it myself! The reason I pay a dispensary it’s so they do all the hard work for me and have a nice product that I don’t have to trim myself LMFAO! Also the sour diesel was very good but I think the grower could’ve done so much more with it? I put it under my microscope and most of the trikes are either clear or foggy white and literally 1% of them were a foggy Gold brown opaque Colors, so that leads me to believe there was about a week or two left for that plant to grow to make it way stronger and way better but I understand it’s a constant rotation and they need to make space but you’re going to come out with a crapper product that way, the way green dragon does it barf! I did love their free tours of their grow space and I liked their plants upfront they looked phenomenal so I’m still going to give them a chance to redeem themselves with something else and hopefully they start growing some Sour OG so I can be there number one customer! I just got my med card so I would be happy to sign over my plant count but only if they grow Sour Og! One more thing it says that my order was canceled which it was not because I picked it up so somethings screwed up with this website or their system at the store!

I got really turned off by their rude staff (4/17/2021). Why put up with it when the products they sell, like edibles and topicals, are literally the same as other dispensaries nearby and at about the same price? This place just doesn’t get it . . .

Well buying flower or shatter there works, but if you are buying one of there vapes they flat out are a rip off. I have repeatedly bought them and they stop working. That has happened repeatedly even when they give me free replacements they work for maybe 25% of what I bought. Absolutely the worse. I feel like an idiot that I went back and gave them another try. Worked for 4 days and now will not recharge and the cartridge and vape pen is useless. Staff has repeatedly apologized and said it is a pervasive issue. Time for them to go out of business. Boycott them as there are others that actually work. The weak should be exposed and terminated and these guys surely are one. Even the flower is not as fair priced as others within a mile. Corporate weed company that does not provide the goods. BTW I am a 66 year old entrepreneur and they are bad for the cannabis business and users.
