Sub-par service. No one offered to help in making selections looked relatively annoyed when we tried to ask questions. The selection is good as far as flower and concentrates go, but I won't be going back.

They have a nice selection of quality products at various price points. I highly recommend picking up some Snoop's Dream by Treehawk Farms; top notch stuff! The customer service is very hit or miss. The employees' are either energetic and seem to LOVE their job or they have sour attitudes & seem miserable being there. Everyone has their bad days but it's best to leave it at the door and put on a smile when you work in retail/customer service.

I was Id'd 3 times with only 1 other customer being inside at the time. I asked for a cartridge or distillate refill and the girl trying to sell me a $60 cartridge with tons of cbd and terps that it only had .25g of thc in it.... so I asked for one less expensive and she took me to this case that had 2 different cartridges for $30 and 1 distillate refill also $30 for some dark black distillate. I asked if they had any lighter in color and she looked at me as if I asked her in a foreign language. I was on a time constraint so I asked for a sativa cartridge "I dont care which sativa" she replied well our son just have sativa... ok so get me one that is dominant sativa... she said I dont know which kne do you want... I said choose I got to go... so she grabs one and guess what its a damned Indica dominant strain...🤬🤬🤬

Been to many of the locations and I can honestly say it's not great. They never have great deals even on holidays and the points system builds too slow... All of this is in comparison to other dispensaries in the area as well. There is just much better places to go unless this is your only option nearby. Along with this I sometimes enjoy visiting a new dispensary for the sole purpose of the atmosphere just to switch things up a bit. These stores are cookie cutter replicas of one another they want you out the door as fast as possible and to build as many locations as possible.

Went in with a relatively inexperienced with cannabis friend to start up her new medical registration. The advice was solid, the experience very comfortable, my friend was in good hands. We had visited several other stores earlier in the day looking for someone with a medical registration staff person, and this is the store my friend will be most likely to go back to. The only "downer" for her was no rampy handicapped accommodation to step from the parking lot up onto the high curb/front sidewalk. Not a serious problem on her good days. Cannabis helps.
