It is okay. Really my last resort shop. I always feel rushed.

I used to really enjoy coming here. The last few times I’ve been in the customer service has been TERRIBLE. Unfriendly, unwelcoming employees. Treat me as though I’m an idiot. Didn’t give me my discounts that they say they have. I was not happy about that. Act like they don’t even want to help you. I highly recommend you do not go here. I know I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other places on Trent to stop in.

ell it's a pretty unfortunate experience. Usually this place is rather agreeable with my taste and customer service. However this time around I was met by a very tasteless comment by one of the budtenders. "Sorry you had to fight in a fake war," he said to me rather nonchalant after I asked for a veterans discount. I catch moments of myself stewing over this comment and conclude that I'll no longer return to Sativa Sisters. Although he was free to make that comment, I do feel utterly disrespected. I do appreciate all the prior service but am too disgruntled to continue supporting. Upside, the coffee shop.

Disappointed that you discontinued your high rollers club. No longer any incentive to spend lots of money

Spent what I could. Got home and found out what I wanted wasnt what I got. Out of money so Im stuck with something not that great. This is the second time I have been stuck with less quality because they are in a hurry. Other then that ok. Just wish I could get the buds I asked for. .....

My first and last experience was TERRIBLE. I walked in, and with a decent amount of people behind me, I felt pushed to hurry and make a decision or get to the back of the line, basically. It wasn't a personable experience at all and that was disappointing.. not to mention when I asked simple strain related questions, the one chick had no clue what I meant by "CBD Dominant" flower strains and sent me to the "cafe" - it was a weird vibe in there. Won't be returning.

Poor quality product. Staff is WAY to overbearing and in your face. Talk about EXTREME anxiety!! Didn't get the chance to check out the coffee stand but seems like a nice touch

The deals are great at this store. But the one biggest problem here consistently is bad, rushed customer service. Yesterday was special too since it was my kids first time there as she just turned 21. It wasn't busy but there was no flow of how things work inside the dispensary. The budtender that "NODDED" her head to get us to come over, she didnt ask me anything, I said "I have an online order" , she said Ok gave her my name and she went to get it. Then she dumps the bag on the counter, glass on glass, doesnt go over any of my meds, just starts to charge me. I stopped here said "I ordered 7 grams". The website glitched out when I checked out and literally took off 2 grams. It was weird. I politely asked her to see 2 more grams from same company Fire. She rolled her EYES at me! Then walks away and grabs two grams and doesnt go over them . I stopped her again. Why do I AS A CUSTOMER HAVE TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO WORK?! BE POLITE? The cannabis Cafe worker was awesome!! I highly suggest the Hibiscus CBD iced tea! But I will never let this lady budtender in the dispensary help M me again!!! She has black long hair, thin build, about 5'6" beautiful Hispanic lady but the rudest customer service ever. I wont be returning unless I'm desperate. This wasn't my first visit. It will be my last.

I dropped in for the first time for a 30$/gram of wax listed on their menu, this was a Sunday. They told me it had been sold out 1 hour after posting it to their menu. Looking at their menu today the 30$/ gram of GDP is still on it. I spent 12 uncomfortable moments while a man looked for another nonexistent 30$/gram. Will not return ever. Treehouse Club is near and my personal favorite is Cannabis and glass. This is an overpriced understaffed establishment

I work for a Dispensary in Edmonds wa and I am so picky! The service I received today was outstanding. Great atmosphere , very knowledgeable team members, and coffee and weed = amazing! I will be back for sure!

This mediocre shop is filled to the brim with holistic naturopaths. Stay away if pseudoscience gets on your nerves. Also, their "Coffee Shop" is a Keurig machine.

Didn't have anything that was posted online on there menu and all prerolls are overpriced or the give you the wrong product.

This is the best of the 502 stores I have been to in Spokane. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The lighting was good, the customer service was amazing, and the attached coffee shop was a pleasant place to wait. They had very good prices, and some very affordable options as well as the top tier stuff. The top tier stuff is very good. The "Blue Dream" I purchased was from NuGreen, 22.29% THC, and excellent. To compare, the "Blue Dream" from Farmer J's purchased elsewhere was 13.27% THC and not nearly as nice. This is my cannabis shop.

Not very happy. You've been my go to shop since 2017, a regular customer that spends a lot of money. After the unreasonable price hikes, and the constant medical discrimination for not wearing a mask, I'm spending my money elsewhere. I suffer from COPD and can barely breathe as it is. If you see this, I suggest you do the same.

Have visited all the 502 stores in Spokane so far and this one is by far the best yet. Prices are acceptable, staff is helpful and knowledgable about product. Bud quality seems much higher quality than the other shops. (No schwag FarmerJ's here) Hopefully they will stock more products soon as it this shop seems like one of the more thought out 502 businesses locally.

I liked the bud, but my service was absolutely rude!!! The guy that was helping me only answered one of my questions and then had an out of work conversation with another coworker completely ignoring me or even acknowledge that I had more questions, he was also more interested in the new customer that had walked in that he apparently knew. And never asked if I was done just took my stuff to the register (keep in mind there was people behind me, in front of the customer that he wanted to help).. I will not be back.... Also, hard for me to read the menu due to hand written and lighting

Great, friendly service right when you walk in. Location is close to home and the products are awesome!

This place is just... Meh. I mean, it's okay but it's totally where the first time moms go. I have quality issues here.

Too pricey compared to other close shops. Decent product but not worth the cost compared to green light and THC who are nearby.

The large unfriendly man sitting out front could have at least asked me politely to take off my hat and look into the camera, instead of very bluntly demanding that I do so. I didn't feel welcomed and I definitely won't be back.

Fantastic customer service. A couple of the employees recognized me from previous visits and are super helpful and knowledgable. Always plenty of staff working to help everyone. Very simple, easy layout. Provides menu of what strains are available and their prices. Fantastic selection of product and also carries pipes and vaporizers that I have never seen in other head shops in Spokane. Definitely my favorite shop in Spokane

my favourite store. helpful & knowledgeable staff. sometimes it's a couple months until I can get back, & usually the staff members me & my favorites!! location is great, don't have the downtown traffic. I stop by every time I pass by. keep up the good work!! I'll be seeing you soon!! Thanx again!!

My 2nd favorite shop, You just can't go wrong offering coffee with these kind of stores! Love this place and I stop everytime I pass by them!
