This USED TO BE the best in town. Bud quality and perks suck now!! They promised us that they would always take care of their medical patients..... TOTAL LIES!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!

Will NEVER shop at this dispensary again!! Back in early March I stopped by Sante to pick up some flower. I paid $140 for a half ounce (would have been more expensive if I didn't get the "early bird" discount that's 10% off) of top shelf buds. One quarter of Midnite and one quarter of Tango. When I went to smoke Midnite it was infested with seeds! The Tango was a good smoke though several seeds were found in it as well. I called and left a voice mail telling what I found and said that I wasn't comfortable paying that price for "top shelf" and left my phone number. Never got a call back. Do not shop here. High price for crappy bud.

We always get bad service here, tonight it was a guy named Al. We come because the prices on edibles aren’t bad and they are open until 10 some nights. I hate having to “excuse” the service for the product.

I have been very disappointed lately with the quality of bud. Sante medical used to be outstanding yet lately I have bought totally unaxceptable bud on 4 separate occasions. On top of that, the new rewards system is a joke.

They have two popular CBD strains on the medical side, Charlottes Web and ACDC. Their prices are 140 an eighth or 900 an ounce for Charlottes Web, and 92 an eighth for ACDC??!!?? I understand supply and demand and they might be the only folks carrying those strains in their region but that is ridiculous. I asked why are they so expensive (5 times higher than most other flower) and they said it costs more to produce high CBD strains. That is simply not true. Both strains are readily available in OR and WA for 30-40 an eighth. This means they are taking advantage of sick people needing a particular strain for an illness, or CO refugees. That is wrong and makes me sad. I wish people could access sought after medicine without people trying to profit off of them to this extreme. they want to cash in on a strain from a documentary because the uneducated are desperate for healing. very very sad.

I love this dispensary. This was the first place that I visited to get information regarding the dispensaries in Durango and haven't gone anywhere else. The staff is friendly, helpful, and make me feel like family. I would recommend this place hands down to any patients looking for a great dispensary to go to.

The customer service at Sante is top notch. While I have had problems there, it has only been twice in my many visits there and the staff corrected the issue immediately. I am a veteran and they always thank me for my service when applying the veteran discount. I highly recommend this dispensary.

This is my favorite place in Durango the staff is so friendly and helpful.

The people in front were cool, however I found my budtender to be more interested in another customer's conversation than answering my questions. Bud was decent but won't be back because of the lack of customer service from the budtender.

location is perfect in my opinion being that I am from wayyyy out of town (TN) your able to get a main course dish of downtown Durango. Grab your flowers and have a memorable time in an atmosphere like no other!!

My order was half correct, only got 1/2 ounce Northern Lights and 1/2 ounce Triangle Kush! Supposed to be 1 ounce Northern Lights. Ordered via Leafly, didnt double check until i got home 1 hr away. Bummed...

They have the best stock of products in Town. Reasonably priced, friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for in a top notch dispensary.

One of a handfull of dispensaries in Durango, CO, the staff at Sante are personable and highly qualified for the positions they fill.
