I have frequented most of the dispensaries in the Detroit area and this place has become my favorite. I have never had a rude or unpleasant experience with any staff member they are always helpful honest and super polite. they seem to want to answer my questions and provide valid answers instead of always stearing to a higher priced shelf. there are occasions where something may be a little drier then I'd like but the staff and price far make up for any slight negative. it's the only place I find that remembers this is supposed to be medical and they are supposed to provide a service versus charging more then street value for some for good product. reasonable prices amazing staff thanks guys for all your help

WORST customer service ever! I had a promotional flyer that included a 10% discount for 3 dispensaries through the end of May. Shake and Bake was the only dispensary that did not acknowledge the savings, stating that it only applied to certain items. NOWHERE on the flyer did it specify what items it could be used for. As a paying customer it's not my problem if your promotion is not explicitly clear. I'm really not tripping over 10%, it's the principle of it all. I asked if they would acknowledge it anyway and was politely told that a manager would have to be consulted. What turned me off the most was the manager's (Megan) tone and delivery of her decision, to say it was nasty would be an understatement. The funny part, I'm a nice tipper, I had initially planned to add the savings to the budtenders tip. That didn't happen. I won't be going back.
