This is by far my favorite dispensary. Max is always such a great help. They have the best and cheapest bud around. Definitely check out this place when in trinidad.

smell was amazing. flower looked great but the service was horrible. I already knew what I wanted but guy was rude and argumentative. he acted like he was doing me a favor. too many dispensaries to put up with this kind of service

The flower looked amazing. They had very good prices advertised(best in town when I was there). I found the category of bud I wanted, but they had no information advertised or available about the products other then the silly names growers give to the flower. Bizarrely, when I asked the budtender about THC levels in their products, he boldly stated, that there is no way I'd know the difference anyway, so the THC levels don't matter. Exact. Quote. When I stated that it mattered to me, he again insisted that it shouldn't. So I finally asked, "Are you going to answer my questions." To which he proudly and ignorantly and lazily replied, "Not a chance". Me and my money then left for 1 of the other 28 dispensary options in this town. Within 1 stores, about 6 feet away, found deals just as good, but without clueless morons as customer service. Run from this place, they don't deserve to be in business.

Awesome customer service, Tess was our budtista and she was great ,loved her . She explained and answered all my questions . I'm not a smoker but I wanted to try somethings and I'm a firm believer in the products they have .. most of all the oil that's a pain reliever .. I was amazed it worked very well .. needless to say I'm hooked lol.. just today I've been there twice and I'm on my way back now . Thank you Tess for everything .. thank you rooted love this place !!!

loyal customer for years. came through with my wife on dec 26 and had the worst customer service experience ever from one of the bud tenders. he not only was horrible to deal with but screwed up my whole ounce order. got home to tx and the “top shelf” weed I bought of strains i always get every month was unsmokeable with legitimately no high, tasting like burnt paper. i’m thinking either a shortcut taken cure and/or the trichomes aren’t there due to a horrible machine trim job. never been more burned in 13 years of daily smoking. I reached out to Rooted and they just play dumb. I’ve had some dirt weed for years for a rainy day and it has played a serious role for my mental health the last two weeks taking the place of this bullshit I was sold. I would completely avoid Rooted, it’s interesting that they have pounds of “top shelf” weed being sold out of these huge jars and the place doesn’t smell like weed at all. i’m shocked this place has this high of a review aggregate, it’s a shit show in there. go to Nuvue.

This was easily the best dispensary experience I’ve had across the country, that’s due in large part to our amazing bud tender I didn’t catch her name but she was great just like this place.

Rude new girl! Will not be coming back! Makes you feel crappy bc you might be only able to afford the $49 shake. Says things like. I wouldnt smoke this if they gave it to me. Pretty good way to promote your business products.

We’ve visited Trinidad’s Rooted once a year for the last three years and Lance has always been our bud tender. He is so kind and knowledgeable and always has the best recommendations. He is an excellent listener and we always enjoy talking with him about cannabis and camping in the area. I hope the owner/s appreciate and recognize his great value to their company.

I understand the covid-19 crisis and how it affects us all. But your own website prices weren't correct and no disclosure on the new prices. I tried to purchase some shake, which I was told they didn't have any and then an $89 oz, but price was much higher. The budtender told me the online prices were higher than storefront. We bought 2 oz, but we're very dissatisfied with price and coherence in their message between the phone and storefront. The funny thing was he was outside and I told him what I wanted. So why was I charged the abnormally high prices.
