Rocky Road Remedies - Eagle-Vail

Best part about this place is the high quality product and for the most part friendly staff. I had a situation a few weeks back where one of the budtenders seemed annoyed at my request and just wanted me out the door. Thankfully, I dont think she is there anymore. Other than that, no complaints.

Left initial review per their request. Said we'd get a "special reward". Came in and asked about the reward. First guy didn't know and said he wouldn't honor it. Second guy had to ask--it's 5$ off. My bud tender didn't honor the promise. Pretty uncool

Rocky Road is a decent dispo, but not my preferred in the area. Cash only isn't a deal breaker, but the staff is hit or miss; either extremely friendly or kinda cold like they are just processing customers. The cartridge selection is great, with the menu being mid size for wax shatter and live rez, although I feel the flower selection is lacking. Additionally they do not weigh flower infront of you. The flower quality is average and often I find myself preferring the bud elsewhere.

I loved the help that I received, they were welcoming and attentive to my needs.

Always enjoyed their product over the years. Even their apparel/retail department. Best in the Eagle valley all around. Just recently, though, I got into an argument with them running a "BOGO" special on concentrates. To me BOGO has always meant you buy one, and you get one free. BOGO is a 50% off deal. If it were any other deal such as "buy one/get one 1/2 off" the term "BOGO" should not be used. Their deal is really a 25% off deal. You buy one and you get the second one 1/2 off. I received a lot of push back from the dispensary about this type of false advertisement. I was lured in thinking I was going to buy a gram of concentrate, and get another gram of equal or lesser value free (as advertised a 50% discount). It's not a BOGO deal they're offering at all, and not one person there gets the concept.

Used Leafly to find this gem! You had me at name… Rocky Road Remedies. Cause that’s what I was in need of. Almost 7 weeks since my total knee replacement. Ryan was my guy and understood my knees. It was an informed conversation and his delivery was personal and coherent. I’m legit going in for pain and Ryan surely took that into consideration and provided insights. Nice place. Everyone I interacted with was cool. I would highly suggest RRR. LOVE THE NAME! It’s my favorite ice cream flavor so… Remedies is what I came in for and got much more than that.
