I came in for my first time the other night and loved the experience. I recently moved back into Salem and I have yet to find a dispensary where I left the building and thought “I would come back and shop here again” until I tried River Valley Remedies.

The store is beautifully decorated and the staff is super helpful. The selection of flower has something for everyone. Will be back again!

I’ve never had a bad experience at a dispensary until today... decided to check out RVR - Salem for the first time just to be greeted by a rude Budtender who gave the vibe like she had better things to do than be a Budtender. Pre-roll selection was below par. Only 2 types? Come on guys. Inside vibe was dope though. Might give it another shot if there’s a different Budtender working

Wow, just wow. I don't know whether this place was more magical or beautiful. Plus the selection of flower was on point! It was hard to choose just one strain...so I went with three! Never been excited about a new dispensary.

The location is somewhat odd but has a great size parking lot. Inside is very nice and the decor is impressive for a weed shop. However, it wasn’t the most welcoming with somewhat grumpy or maybe just less-than friendly staff. No real complaints besides that. As others have said I will return for when there are deals/discounts but that’s about the only time.

Was there for their grandopening, and was extremely impressed with the staff. Love the inside, like walking into a old style apothecary . Prices for anyone's budget left me smiling. I definitely will be back, and often!

The people seemed really nice but it wasn't the smoothest experience I've had. For example, they don't let you hold anything. So if you try to smell some concentrates they just hold it up to your face. If they really insist on thus policy, I would insist they at least have the decency to wear gloves so I can smell the terps and not their fingers. This also made it harder to purchase flower cause I couldn't get a proper look at the jar to inspect the bud structure of various nugs and look at things from multiple angles. I might give them another shot down the road but I won't be hurrying back.

Such a cute store ! It feels like your walking into a enchanted castle! They have deals on different items every day of the week , Friday is the best day to get flower , and Sunday for extracts. I am excited to see what they put in the front windows!!!

Brought my little old grandma in here, and my roommates. Made each of us feel welcomed! I got some of your yummy CBD gummies, and some flower. great stuff, without breaking the bank!

This place is quiet and peaceful. Everything is displayed in a clean and organized fashion, not overwhelming at all. The lady who helped me, (should have asked her name) was super friendly and accommodating. She seemed like she knew her stuff as well as her products. I will be back.

They spent a lot of money 💰 remodeling the place, great job by the way! unfortunately I will only be shopping here on discount days.🤑😎

Everyone at this location is super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when I come in. I came in (for the second time in 3 days) an hour before closing on a Sunday and business was pretty quiet in there but both workers were ready and willing to help. We discussed many different strains to find the best option for me and I walked out with a great deal during your 13 Daze of Halloween Specials (different than your usual awesome daily specials). I appreciate a good Shop with a good selection and I will definitely be coming back for more. I've only been in Salem a week and this is definitely my new home go-to shop.

Probably the best experience ive ever had at a dispensary, and ive been to more than a few.. The deals are un-beatable and staff are super friendly and know what they are talking about.. i would really recommend if your curious about this place.

The atmosphere is clean and they have a variety of everything. Staff is friendly and respectful.

Customer service is excellent and they have a cashless atm, so you can essentially pay with your card. There's a fee, but they're prices are so low it's worth it.
