River City Retail

I’ve been a long time shopper at River City. The Budtenders used to know their stuff, but in the last couple of years this place has gone downhill. They employ twenty-something’s who just want to make the sale and know nothing about the strains they’re selling. I’ve been shopping there less and less hoping it will get better or I’ll stumble upon someone who knows their shit. So far…. Crap. Today, I asked for an indica and a sativa pre-roll pack and when I got home, I looked up the strains and both are indica. I will never go back. Pity. This place is 5 minutes from my house.

LOVE this place!I don’t even go anywhere else. All the Staff are very friendly& Knowledgeable,but 1 definitely stands out. Big Shout Out&Thank u to PERCY! He’s very out going&friendly.For every question I ask, there’s an immediate answer..he knows his stuff😁River City Dispensary always makes the day Better!

River City Retail and Budz Superstore are the same ownership, but not the same atmosphere. River City just doesn't seem to have a great knowledge of products or interest in selling them. However, they have some products not sold at Budz. Regardless, it's a bummer going into the store and I think I'll just do without.

Prior to you discontinuing your on line menu I purchased from you on a regular basis. However, I have stopped patronizing your establishment due to the fact that I am not inclined to drive to your dispensary on the off change that you will have something that I want. Please join many of your competitors and offer a menu.
