RISE Dispensaries Amherst (Medical)

There was nothing that I disliked about the rise in Amherst the people the staff were very great and helpful respectful and honest people thank you

I’m a regular customer and I’m like there almost every weekend and it’s me favorite place to go. I always feel welcomed and the people there are awesome. I feel guilty when I go to any other dispensary other than Rise.

Did a p/u order and it's quick and easy. The staff are all helpful and friendly.

The visit itself was a little awkward - the medical user portion is smaller and no product is available at the counter for viewing. I am used to seeing products to make informed decisions on a potential purchase. Every other dispensary around showcases their product. So why hide products? Also, after discussing writing product reviews, RISE amherst seemingly has no place for product reviews. Thus - Copperhead beverage is a super choice, and is accurately described on the can. The individually wrapped gummies are not accurate, and can be either low-dose or over-dose, so be ready for a surpRISE! The DRENCH mixes are not worth the bother, and are listed as 5mg, but are between 3.7 and 4.2mg, and have very little flavour (Meh! is what I say). Whereas the tin of mints was super accurate and each mint contains precisely 5mg and is worth the purchase. One of my canisters of flower was not labeled at all, which I had not checked before leaving the store, but still - making sure every product is labeled before check-out should be a priority of the bud-tender, and this is not acceptible to me since I rely on accurate labeling. Perhaps this was an off-day for my bud-tender, but then take a break dude - get some fresh air and get back to accurately helping your medical patients. Overall, I give the dispensary 4 stars, as some of these things need work. And could somebody get back to me with a place I can write product reviews?

I was so pleasantly surprised by this gem of a dispensary when I first tried it months ago. I've been a consistent customer since and frequently visit. From the weekly deals and offers to the quality/variety of products RISE has it all. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The loyalty program is amazing. I have yet to have one negative thing to say and I'm a prissy pot head lol! Hope this helps 😃

It's clearly a team effort at Rise, from Alex helpfully assisting access to my first time paperwork and walking me into the dispensary and introduced me to Nathaniel, behind the counter, who knowledgeably answered my questions and helped me make selections for me. I really liked how comfortable I felt at all steps of my first visit! No hard sells, no rushing choices from their many products, and very personal service. Their entire setting is classy and unpretentious and allows for one to take their time getting information, even in their comfortable lounge, with resource books and surrounded by beautiful artistic photographs. Thanks to Jon for providing additional information about my questions, while Nathaniel processed my order. Wonderful how Alex, Nathaniel and Jon worked so well together. It made for a relaxed and very enjoyable visit. I will be back!

First dispensary I ever went to and continues to be my favorite. There's a decent menu, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's an hour drive for me and while there are others that are closer, I'd prefer to go here. Just picked up the candy bars they're carrying this weekend and they're good! I'd recommend trying them.

I had to give a Five star rating for a few reasons. RISE in Amherst was the very first dispensary I visited since i received my card. I really didn't know what to expect. I had done a lot of research before picking where to go first, and these guys won by a long shot. It is a long trip for me, but well worth it if I have a decent amount to spend on medication. The building is beautiful and the staff was very happy to help me to the fullest extent to make my first experience awesome. I called three times during the day to ask various questions before I went, and the employee I spoke with (I believe your name is Nathaniel ✌) was very patient and helpful with all of my millions of questions, and that was much appreciated! I don't drive.... so it is hard for me to get to Amherst from Gardner, but whenever I can I will visit this location for my products. Also, the prices on their concentrates are great compared to many of the shops in MA! Thanks for the great experience guys and girls at RISE
