Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere.. product specialists were VERY informed. They helped me choose the best products that would be right for me. You just cannot go wrong with this place!

I liked this dispensary right away because of its convenient location. I didn’t have an appointment, and wasn’t at this dispensary before. The pharmacist saw me immediately and treated me very kindly (I luckily visited at a less busy time of day). She took time to explain some things that I didn’t know, answered all of the questions I had and helped with product recommendations. The staff at the door and inside were extremely friendly and helpful. The person who helped with my final product selection and purchase was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me to choose which products I’d discussed with the pharmacist might help me most. I definitely will be heading back to Rise Steelton again!

Staff very friendly. I am new to this, but desperate for pain relief as I’m out of options and my doctor stopped all opioids and my QOL has tanked so much since. I had done a good deal of research in advance and sought opinions from others, but I still had A LOT of questions on what would work best for my particular needs. I scheduled an appointment and was taken in a timely manner. There was no “you are a pothead just seeking to get high” viewpoints there. The benefits of the various types, strands, percentage of THC vs CBC and how they would affect me were clarified. I’ve been stressing out over the amount of information out there and not fully understanding everything, but they were EXTREMELY patient in answering questions and giving me tips on what they felt might help me the best at first. Prices much more reasonable than I expected. I am confident they will continue to help as needed and if I need anything tweaked as I seek the best solution. Thumbs up. Highly recommended!

I am new to the medical marijuana treatment of chronic pain. I was using prescription opioids to manage my pain BUT my medical insurance would no longer cover the amount of opioids I needed on a monthly basis. I established my initial appointment and was treated with dignity from day one. To the staff at Rise Steelton, there is no dumb question and they take all the time YOU need to make sure you understand the benefits of this treatment. When I went into the actual dispensary area, I again was felt comfortable about everything I might have questions about. Again, this is totally new experience for me. If I remember, Eric, was the gentleman who helped me with my selections, awesome man! I returned later with an issue I was having with my cartridge battery and both Eric and I learned a technical issue to correct the problem. So very happy I chose Rise Steelton and will continue to patronize them for all my needs. A big THANK YOU to the entire staff!

For a dispensary that only sells medical, the variety of products that change on a daily basis is outstanding. I watch the menu everyday like a hawk. I receive emails frequently every week, which I love! Most dispensaries make you hunt their menu down on their website. The staff is friendly. The security guard looks like The Rock lol. The design of the retail area is pretty badass. I definitely recommend this place!

Wow, what a great experience. I didn't even know anything about CBD until I came into this facility. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable about medical marijuana. There are so many different types of this medicine and the pharmacist was able to educate me further and tell me what I need. Thanks
