Chill atmosphere, with a medicinal vibe and a nice pungent weed smell as soon as you walk through the door. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming, as a woman, seeing other women in the industry was very refreshing. The process for ordering was streamlined and simple thanks to the kiosks. Bought three cartridges that were 30% off and still ridiculously over-priced! In Cali you get a full gram live rosin cart for $40-60. In the RIPOFF world of RiseNYC and the other NY dispos you pay that much or more for HALF a gram! Meanwhile, of the 3 carts one of them is WAY SHORT like 1/4 empty. Now no carts are filled to the rim but this was a joke! These guys refused to exchange it and said they only do so if the cart is damaged. So seriously you buy a cart from RiseNYC go home, see it’s short and they say - it’s “not their policy to exchange unless damaged” too bad for you! Bye bye RiseNYC you are a disgrace.
