Frequent this place a lot and I love the staff. Prices on most days are decent most days.

So glad to not have to drive to get to another medical dispensary. The staff there was very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were a bit high compared to others but the quality and service were both top notch. I will be returning!

First I will start with the good stuff the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Elliot was my budtender on this visit and he was great. Lana is also wonderful. However, this was my 3rd time here and I'm am still very dissatisfied with the product. The flower smells nice but it's always DRY (so it doesn't burn well) and not trimmed completely. The prices are high so I would expect better quality. Most of your products are at least $5-$10 more than other dispensaries so I would at least expect the flower to be fresh. Also, why no discounts for disability or veterans?

Was going here frequently for a few months when I first got my card, and then I saw price raises on the same items with no quality increase (maybe even a decrease). Last time I went, a budtender had gotten my preroll switched up with another one and gave me sativa by accident (No big deal, just an inconvenience), so I call and let them know the budtender got it wrong, they gave me a free preroll for the mixup. Here’s the kicker though, when I came back the next day it was the same budtender who mixed up the prerolls, and he essentially acted like a child who got yelled at when he saw me again. Completely unprofessional, and immature. Cannot recall his name but he had long brown hippie hair.

Ventured a 45 min ride to this place to get something only to find out that it is not in stock and they are to dumb to update there site blaming weedmaps. yet it is 2 days later and it is still NOT off there page. so whatever this category this falls under i want no stars. most do there shopping online before we buy. but it seems that rise doesn't gas.

First time here and I loved it….great , friendly,knowledgeable and helpful staff. I placed my order online by the time I got there it was ready…in and out in no time. I very highly recommended this dispensary…. I know I’ll be back!

I think you guys should have more than 1 person filling and running out the orders, that would definitely cut down on the line and wait time

I waited so long for someone to talk to me. I finally take my money and ID. 20 minutes pass and he comes out and says i must now give him my email. The length of time it takes to get this stuff is just terrible.

My order was status was never updated correctly so I had to just go there. I am just now getting a notification today that my order is ready from the day before.

Rise joppa continues to be my #1 dispensary. The care I have received has been unmatched , and the years I’ve been a patient there I’ve never left feeling cheated or gotten over on. I owe Rise Joppa a great deal for assisting me in my recovery process, and taking care of me, and showing me ( and my daughter when I take her) the utmost respect. I will be a life long patient at Rise Joppa.

Very disappointed 2nd time ordered on line then upon arriving given a substitute and NOT TOLD...because I don’t open up the bag till I’m off property and back home I’m stuck ....... Very Very disappointing because I’ve really wanted this place to be successful as it’s so close to home but issues like this are saying not gonna happen as I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had an issue with this

Rise was my go to. Recently the selections have been scarce. Place an order received a text my order was ready and two minutes later I receive a call my item is not available not the first time this has happened but this is the last time I will be placing an order.

I placed an online order on New Years Eve. Because the sites were down, the order was filled at the end of the day or on New Years Day. Called just before closing and they said it wasn’t done. I live in Forest Hill so I sat at the dispensary for an hour and a half to see if the sites would come up. So I called today (New Years) to see if it was ready. They said it was filled and had to be picked up today or else it goes back to stock. This despite telling me in person they would hold it until the 2nd. I asked for an exception since the sites were down. They refuse. I told them to return to stock. Won’t use them again.

place has no flower selection- has really gone down hill-rise abingdon never opened and now the signs have been taken down--- appears they are having financial trouble
