I am a huge fan of Essence Cannabis Dispensary. Fortunate to purchase recreational here and they have great selections as well as prices. 10% discount for locals is a sure way to keep patients coming back.

Essence was and is a stand up Dispensary. I am new to Cannabis as a medicine. The folks here were great and patient. Andy the manager did me some favors stood by his word. Rachael was and is a understanding bud tender. This is my go to place for my mesds. Thank you again guys

Everytime I come here I get excellent service. Michelle helped me last time she is fabulous. Everybody there is so willing to help you get want you need and answer your question. This is only dispensary I got to and I live in Henderson. The Henderson location is awesome as well.

its nice but the workers don't no what there selling to people. I was sold the wrong thing and called them and told them and they wouldn't do anything about it. I even talk to a manager he was sopose to call me back and never did. I wont go back here again.

Just got off the plane from Hawaii, was so good to have a stress free flight with no worries. Got my rental car and went straight to Essence. It's super close to Orlean's Casino, so if your staying there lucky for me and you, lol. When I showed up this young gentlemen, Nathan, I believe took my information, filled some forms, signed some papers, and waited in a nice clean wait room with no smell at all, also on the wall they have their menu displayed. There were 2 people ahead of me, but only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. When I got in, it was smelling sweet, pakalolo sweet but not overpowering. Nathan was super helpful, told me about some deals they had, help me decide which strains to get, since there was so many good ones to choose from (I had Fire Alien Kush and 9lb Hammer). I got to smell and see the quality. I also purchased some cookies, but I swear my cookies that I make are more potent. I wouldn't buy the cookies again, maybe try some different edible. Prices are reasonable considering the other's I see online. Overall I would recommend anyone this shop, and I'm definitely returning on my next trip back!

I have been going to the "other" dispensaries in town and then I found this gem, Essence is the best place in town hands down!! The best prices and the best quality, they make the whole process easy and comfortable, those other places make it kind of uncomfortable. Sequoia and the whole staff makes it awesome, very knowledgeable of the strains and they are SUPER friendly. From checking in to paying on the way out Essence is very professional and they dont make you feel like youre buying your medicine from a sleezy place. Thanks for being awesome guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and they have all the answers to your questions. Slater is amazing. He's helped me pick the right strain for what I need. anxiety. 😞 I will always only go here.

Came to Essence as a first time patient and was not disappointed! Everyone from Christa and Sharmetta at the front desk to my consultants were extremely professional and very helpful! I say consultantS because although I was paired with one consultant, almost every consultant there was super excited to hear I was a first time patient and jumped to help. It was very informative and not overwhelming at all. Thanks Tiffany, Rachel, Liana and Marlena! I left with great product and a couple new recommendations to try. 3 different grams of flower and a disposable pre-loaded vape for under $70... the prices are unbeatable. GREAT first experience and I will definitely be back!

I've been to a few different dispensaries but none have made me feel as welcomed and medically treated as Essence West has! Between the wonderful price points and excellent, kind service, it's impossible to leave without a smile. Keep it up!

Easy to find location. Fairly quick processing. I have some good and not so good to mention. Good: paid them 2 visits, 1st time was great! I only had my acceptance letter and was quickly approved. Tangerine dream and Purple haze were my choices. Purple Haze was great. Tangerine appearance was better than smoke. Prices were legit. No complaints. NOW...my 2nd experience was not so great. Ill spare the details but Essence is a nice shop with exceptional service, with time in the industry they will surly be in the top of the city's go-to dispensaries.

I started coming here on Christmas eve because my normal dispensary was closed, and been coming here ever since. Great product and awesome staff. This is my new dispensary it's worth the extra ten minute drive

Ok everyone.. Stop searching.. ESSENCE dispensary West is the only place to buy your medicinal products!! I go there A LOT.. Upside down David is awesome with his customer service and knowledge. Ivan is another great bud tender that helps me quite often.. Rachel checks me out fast and flawlessly every time!! Other dispensaries I have visited all of you, if you want to do things right, take notes of what Essence is doing!! Essence has the best product, most strains, best prices, and excellent customer service skills with perfect hours of operation!! You can't ask for anything else!! Meds for Kids

The experience I had at Essence was seamless and enjoyable and the exact opposite of what I've heard others deal with at other dispensaries. As a brand new customer, I was in and out within five minutes and my budtender Alexis was such an amazing positive person. She recommended product to me which seem to be exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning back for sure.

This place has the best selection of Fresh Nugs in Vehas. I've tried them all. Let me just say it's very refreshing to purchase sticky earn in the valley. I never bitched about dry Nugs seeing as this is his is the desert. Get some Cannabiotics and change your smoking experience. Fresh, terpene rich super tasty nigs!!! I'll be there again soon

Haven't been treated this BAD in a while. Went to Essence on Tropicana to buy a half oz since they are the dispensary located closes to my house and have good prices and quality. I placed an order once I walked into the back of the store. I ordered 7 grams of Tangine, 7 grams of LA OG and 1 gram of Diesel and was told to head to the counter to be rung up... Once I arrived at the counter the cashier brought my order to the desk and as she did I grabed my 1 gram order of Diesel because I planned on rolling it up as soon as I left and didn't want it placed in the sealed bag they provided....When I grabbed the gram the cashier let me know all product must leave the store in sealed bag so I gave it to her to place in the bag, paid my total and left 90+90+10=$190.. Once I got home I saw that she only placed 3.5g of each in my sealed bag so I ran back to store to get my order corrected. I paid for 2 quarters and a gram and was only given 2 eigths and a gram.... I didn't think there would be an issue because I was positive the whole transaction was caught on camera... SO i arrive let them know what happened and the manager goes back in the room to review the tapes. 40 minutes later he comes out and tosses the bag on the counter and says heres the rest of your order ...I laugh and say dang no sorry or anything for messing up the order or the wait?" The Gm quickly responds No you stole a gram anyways so heres the rest of your order and don't come back to my store..... At that time I place the bags done and look at him in awe, showed him the receipt that says i paid for the gram also and let him know I gave it to the cashier to put in my bag when she told me it had to be in bag and asked him to please go check camera because I don't want people thinking I'm at stores buying ounces and trying to steal $10 grams at the same time... He goes and checks the camera and sees what I said was true and I showed him the receipt to show everything was paid for. Then i tell him I was joking about an apology for the mess up it's not the serious.. His reply is I'm over 30 years old and shouldn't be joking (lol. no jokes in the weed store i guess )and he doesn't care what I paid for or how much i spend weekly leave before he calls the police.... I'm still standing their laughing in awe amazed at how I'm being treated, accused of stealing a $10 gram when I consistently buy 14 grams or more...Next he walks to the phone and starts to call the police.. so I just shake my head and walk out feeling like maybe we haven't came as far as we would like to think.... I can't be the only one that has ever grabbed their product off of the counter while purchasing but I'm probably one of the only to get 86'd for it.... Only reason I wrote this review is because he said he didn't care how much I spend or what site I put it on so here it is... Just because you guys are the only shop on the block doesn't mean you should treat customers like trash if you want to keep building. And just because it was my day off and I wasn't in a suit doesn't mean I'm a thug off the streets SIR ...

Took my father for the first time to help treat his cancer. he's very weak and they accommodated him in every way, brought him a chair, water, and explained everything to us to help him with his problems. A big thank you to everyone that helped us. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. if not already mentioned on here there's a RN on staff that will help you as well by appointment for a free 30 min consultation. again thank you guys!!!
