RISE Dispensaries Deerfield Beach

I’d give zero stars for service if I could, don’t do the delivery service here it’s literally the worse thing I’ve ever experienced delivery wise, they don’t not keep there word at all about delivery days, they will straight up lie to you or purposely give you wrong information, I put in a order on wed for Friday, they call me last minute Friday morning saying there too booked(like this is my fault?), and will have to deliver to me tomorrow(assuming I will be available), come Saturday morning I get a call saying they don’t deliver to my area on Saturday’s...and I will receive my order a 6 days from now, what the fuck!?, if you can’t understand my frustration then I don’t know what else to say, I will never shop back here ever again, they don’t care at all.

This establishment seems to traffic in misleading come-ons, impossible to utilize "discounts" and don't even have the product that they advertise on special. I was ready to buy several items with the promised bundled discounts but left with one vape (with free battery at least) and will try every other place in the area before even thinking about returning here.

I purchased a broken disposable vape. I just wanted to exchange it, they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have the receipt. Of the half dozen dispensaries in the area, no other dispensary said they would refuse a credit/exchange if I didn’t have the receipt. The entire exchange is in the computer, not to mention the package the vape came in had the doctors name, the date of the purchase, etc. They also weren’t very nice about it. Haven’t had an experience like this at any other dispensary.

I LOVE RISE. Rise delivers to me once a week, no issues ever, super friendly and helpful (even though I probably annoy my favorite dispensary). Coming from Colorado, Rise' quality is 100 as I always get top shelf flower. Good job guys!!! 🤗

If I could give negative stars to this dispensary, I would. What a horrible experience at Rise Deerfield Beach. I was a first time customer and went to them as a naive patient asking them for their advice on products. They completely misled me guiding me to purchase something I asked about numerous times because I didn’t fully understand what ‘Trim’ was. I never would’ve purchased it if I knew what it was. I’ve gone back to return or at least exchange it. The assistant manager, and then the actual manager, completely denied me also stating that I should have known what I was purchasing. How dare they??!? I came to them as a patient and was was misled. For that alone, they could’ve made an exception. They couldn’t care less. I will NEVER shop here again. I advise anyone and everyone to not spend your hard earned money at Rise.

Big giant shout out and two thumbs way up to RISE - Deerfield Beach location. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your medical mj needs perfection. Top shelf products, a hip, inviting dispensary, awesome free delivery, points and other savings for seniors and others to save. I especially need to thank DYLAN for personally explaining any questions I had and making everything just perfect. Seriously folks this dispensary is totally awesome. THANK YOU DYLAN and to the other wonderful staff members at RISE. LOVE YOU GUYS!

Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. I purchased tincture and vape carts and am very pleased with the results so far. They have something with CBN and I haven't seen that anywhere else in florida! Excited to return in a few weeks

Quite possibly the nicest, most well educated, and honest staff in business I have ever had the pleasure of buying any product from. A beautiful interior with great display of products. Not so much to choose from but the Energy Rhythm vape is great. So are the Dreamy tincture drops. Dan and Angel were a great help. The only funny thing is the exterior of the building which needs a modern redesign to match the interior. Overall, a great experience.

Quality vape cartridges in multiple sizes. New strain-specific varieties coming now. The tinctures are very effective as well. Wonderful staff, great next day delivery and an excellent manager! What more could you ask for. Will definitely be back!

SO I CALL NOW, WHICH IS NEXT WEEK, AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE DOES NOTHING BUT GIVE ME A RUN AROUND !!! Great staff and stock but they are super slow. Need to have more staff during the day.

This is probably one of the most professional dispensaries I have ever been in. Everything was on point, and everyone was very helpful. All my questions about the products were answered in great detail.
