This should be the best dispensary in the state. Only bad thing is they are constantly opening late, closing early, etc. I understand things happen but some people take long rides there. Maybe put an advisory up when you’re not keeping regular hours s. FYI this is the 3rd time it’s happen to me and I am no longer going to frequent. Sucks but my time is valuable.

KT and Sara were awesome today when I stopped by to make my purchase. I needed to return a couple of defective batteries. No problem. Excellent customer service. I had a million questions for Sara. It felt like a conversation with a friend. Engaged, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and super nice. You have amazing staff. I have never had a bad experience. You are my main dispensary. I ordered my medicine to be delivered because of a busy workday. Ty and Dan did the delivery to me and it was such a great experience, as always. It’s not the first time they’ve performed my deliveries and it’s always really great to feel like they’ve gone the extra mile to make a great customer service experience. Thank you!

Amazing experience! Will be posting across multiple platforms. I was helped by Ruslan and we had a great chat while I waited for my order. Space was open and sanitary, staff was incredibly friendly, and as someone who suffers debilitating anxiety the vibes were comfortable and immaculate. Overall one of the best stores and companies I've ordered from, 3 for 3 excellent visits to Revolutionary Clinics so far! Also I didn't get the name of the guy who handed me my order, but he was very excited to see my Sailor Moon tee and my Team Rocket mask which made me smile. Amazing job y'all

Long time delivery user and have only been in the shop once. Shop experience was fine. Nothing too much to expect since its a pandemic. There was a lot of air-flow haha. Every person who has ever helped me there was wonderful and polite. Always a joy!

April checked me in she was super friendly. I did not place my order ahead of time, but was helped by Jill who was also very friendly super nice and patient. All the guys behind the glass were quick and took time to double check my order. I will definitely be back again.

I really look forward to visiting the location on Broadway (Somerville) due to the most welcoming reception and service of any business in New England. Jill is remarkably patient with me while explaining and recommending many different lines, and makes me feel comfortable and never rushed. Jill is really rather knowledgeable, and I'm always pleased when she's my dispenser. Although Jill is clearly amazing, all of the other folks there are also on their game in making people feel comfortable and welcome. I once visited the location on Mass Ave (Central Square), and once was enough as all three individuals with whom I interacted were seemingly bothered to assist a customer leaving one to wonder if they were even part of the same company. Somerville has everything I could possibly want.
