This was my first time to this location recommended by Canna Care. Jasmine and Andrew were excellent in taking the time to explain everything very thoroughly and to answer any and all questions. I felt very respected as a patient and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place. They genuinely care about you and your well-being.

This was my first visit in awhile to Rev. I was helped by Joe. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Besides the fantastic service they provide, the flower is flame! Kandy kush!

This place is FANTASTIC. Everyone (even security) behind the counter is smiling, happy, cheerful and always ready to help answer any questions. They go above and beyond. Recently, I popped in for some honey, to use with sleepytime tea. Because of a weights and measures issue, the location wasn't immediately ready to sell edibles, but Jenn, Gary and Mendee went totally over and above to help manually enter the system to get me some honey. Cheers to you heroes! Literally, everyone here is wonderful. I don't shop anywhere else, honestly.

I wouldn't expect anything less than greatness after the year and a half of insanely great customer experience at Rev's Somerville Location and Rev at Central Square is definitely crushing it! Rev has done an incredible job of curating a caring staff who are truly passionate about cannabis and have developed a truly holistic medicinal cannabis experience. I owe a lot of gratitude to Revolutionary Clinics for catalyzing much personal growth for offering a medication that works and a staff that cares about its patients. Rev does not see you as profit, Rev sees you as part of the community (can't wait for some awesome Central Square Block Parties!). On one last note, I could not agree more with Sbk123 about how well Rev takes care of its veterans!

This place is the best dispensary in the greater Boston area. No matter your situation, or your problems, they will always work with you to provide the absolute best customer service possible. Special thanks to Greg for saving the day, he was beyond helpful and understanding. Love this place!

My very first experience with my MMJ went amazing at Rev Clinics because of Gary P! He was extremely helpful and very patient with all of my questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional!

So glad I went here for my first time. I did not know what to expect or what I was going to buy. I was very nervous going into the dispensary for my first time. The manager Jennifer was very kind and patient. She took the time to sit with me and answer all my questions and concerns. She made me feel so welcomed and all the anxiety I felt going in went away after speaking with her. She stayed with me through the whole process. I cant remember the gentleman who was behind the counter but he was very nice and knowledgeable as well, The people that work there are so happy it’s refreshing to see that, because of the superb customer service I received This will be my go to spot why would I want to go anywhere else?

Hopefully their inventory issues will resolve and they will be back to a full menu in the very nearest future. If not for the staff (Gary P and Joe) visiting would be very sad.

Rev is fantastic; it's a vast open space and all the people who work there are super friendly. The thing I love about this place over others is that there is a separate counter to pick up the merch, which saves time for everyone. All the staff is so knowledgable about the products and are always there to answer any questions. Their products are outstanding!!! Joe has helped me three times, and he truly cares​ about the patients! Edibles selection has been a little bare lately, but things are coming back in every day, ​so I check at least once a day!

I had been using a dispensary in lowell For years once it went recreational went downhill. wish I had found this place years ago the service was outstanding the respect that they gave me as a veteran was beyond respect For any Veteran looking for a new dispensary or wanting to try something new this is it The quality of the flower is outstanding and Online ordering system is up and available every time you want to use it unlike other places

I agree with Ashjamal! I’ve been saying the same thing! Who wouldn’t be nice to the customers buying bud n getting to talk about it all day lol! Every dispensary is like this. ACS is one of the few with beautifully looking flower that’s cured proper! The Botanist does a good job as well. Just not many terps in their flower. You buy a quarter from them and u get nice big tight mugs opposed to little dried up pieces that don’t require a grinder! What other dispensaries have flower that isn’t so dry, flavorless, barely a smell and taste if any! Rev along w everyone else needs to learn how to cure properly instead of pumping out flower that’s not as good as the black market? The ppl growing on the black market take pride in what they grow! And they don’t have half the set up every dispo has! Really sick of paying these ridiculous mass prices for everything weed related! Compare to the prices in Oregon Washington Colorado and LA! You can get quarters for $25 in Colorado! Start growing better flower before you start losing lots of money🙄😡

I will say.. I would love more strain variety, sometimes they test a little low and I feel less relief. But, every time I come to Rev, I have an amazing experience. Sabrina is fabulous and the crew behind the desk at pickup. Always knowledgeable and a good time. I am sending a lot of people in the endometriosis community your way for sharing the ease of remote doctor appointments for the mmj card and your dutchie pickup/delivery services for chronic pain patients. Thanks for being a killer dispensary!
