Rev Clinics - Fresh Pond (Medical)

I love Rev Clinics. Great products, best customer service by far. Jenn and Lauren are so kind. They always are very helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns since I am new to this. Made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my ride. The location is stunning and welcoming. This is my go to dispensary from now on.

I love this location. Greg, Gary, and Joe are the best! They’re all knowledgeable and helpful, yet super chill. The slurpy terp and high mg gummies are awesome. Also love the rewards system, and the double point days.

I just visited for the first time and had a great experience! Everybody from Roderick at the front door to Jasmine behind the desk and most especially Gary behind the counter were so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable!!! I'll be back!

Rev Clinics is solid. It was my first visit to the Fawcett St location. Christina was delightful.

This place was great. I’ve been to every dispensary in the Boston area and this was among my favorites. Greg was super patient and helpful. I never felt pressured, he asked colleagues for their recommendations and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. Their vape cartridges are top notch and the flavor is on point. Their rosin and shatter all tasted great and worked just as Greg said they would. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Greg - very good dude.

First time ordering from here, I ordered yesterday for delivery today and so far best experience I have ever had with a dispensary. Kimberly called me to confirm my order, welcome me as a patient, and tell me about patient specials, products etc.... She was incredibly helpful, hooked me up with the new patient special and even notified me that my certification was about to expire so I know I need to get it taken care of. I’m so excited to find this place, thank you Kimberly and thank you Rev clinics! I’ve been to a bunch of dispensaries in MA and other states and this is by far the best.

Was waited on by Gary P and Mike D. Treated very well. They made great suggestions, helped me use points so that I got what I wanted and then some and paid less than I was expecting (more for less is always awesome). One suggestion is starting recycling program for all those plastic containers and bags. I wish all dispensaries were recycling the massive amount of plastic packaging.

Worked with Jessica and Cody today. Had a great chat. Learned a lot about new strains. Jessica had great recommendations and helped me pick out a new piece. A wonderful visit.

Gary and Joe never let me down! The atmosphere is calm and very inviting! I just tried the Chocolate Oranges half gram preroll, and it not only relieved my stomach pain, but gave me energy to finish my day productively. Thanks again for being awesome Rev!

The staff first. I think Jennifer is doing a great job choosing the right candidates for the job. On my most recent visit Wednesday before thanksgiving I was greeted and checked in by Vicki White and Felicia Cuartas they are rather new but they caught on to the procedures quickly. The smiles and happy attitude is great to see and love their job. I would also like mention Mendi he is always overlooking the operation and asking if he can help any of the other staff members when he is not busy. Mendi always has a smile and something nice to say. Sabrina helped me out and was very helpful as usual. I have to mention other staff members Niko , Ramsay, Christiana,Rod, Sue. I can’t imagine their being a better place to do business. Thanks everyone for great customer service. ☘️

This was my first dispensary experience and I was so pleasantly surprised. Joe was super helpful. He explained so much to me and made me feel very comfortable with what I was trying and buying. He was friendly and welcoming. This location is going to be my go-to because Joe!

Always impressed when I come to rev. Joe is incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He helped me find the perfect strains and deals. Will definitely be back.

1st off let me start by saying that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that I Dislike about this place!! Hands Down have no complaints! Nothing! Zero! Nada! I am A Medical Patient & I go there a lot for my Medicine The decor is Amazing! I was blown away during my 1st visit and till this Day I’m still hooked on the decor! 2nd let me talk about the friendliest Staff you’ve ever met! I mean everyone! I’ve been serviced by all of them! Ok well..at least a lot of them, and man are they super Helpful and Amazingly Friendly! I’d love to even befriend them all myself lol. God I Love this Place! I could literally scream it from the top of my Lungs! Third let me tell you everytime I visit there I feel like I’m in a Safe Zone like while I’m there nothing can Hurt me and I love to feel that kind of comfort. I Hate being uncomfortable, I Hate Conflict(Mostly) I Hate complication but everytime I step even a foot into this Dispensary: 1. Never any Discomfort 2. Never any conflict 3. No complications 4. Super Helpful Service 5. Very friendly Staff

Got delivery from the Fresh Pond dispensary and it was a great experience. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the whole transaction was super easy and convenient. Jamil T from the RevClinics team was super helpful and provided great service.

Revolutionary Clinics is a great store for a lot fo reasons. They just introduced a recycling incentive, they have loyalty points, a referral program, and a variety of products. My favorite part about going is the staff. In Somerville, Terrence always holds me down and makes sure I’m treated with respect and hospitality. In Cambridge, Gary is seriously the Man. Even before he started working for Rev officially, he always gave me advice about getting the best and most economic use from my medicine. Every time I stop by, Gary comes from behind the counter to greet me and then personally services me, making sure I get my money’s worth and the best remedy for my symptoms. I also love how Rev collaborates with their community partners. TLDR: the staff are happy at Rev, which makes our experience great!

Great service from beginning to end! The security out front is friendly and the person that checks patients in is always nice and welcoming! I have been helped at the counter by a few different people and all have been wonderful! Gary P recently helped me and was able to guide me and give recommendations on some hemp wraps and I was so impressed with them when I tried them. Great service every time from everyone!

I have been a medical patient for 3+ years and this is my favorite dispensary. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Syd, Abby, and Nik are three of my favorite employees as well as Vicki who runs the front desk. They have high quality cannabis and great deals every day. I highly recommend you experience rev clinics
