Rev Clinics - Central Square (Medical)

It was my first time as a patient here. Over my trip here wasn’t bad. When I entered I was greeted warmly at the desk. At check out, I was helped by Marcus. However I don’t appreciate that I wasn’t told the total of my purchase and that they would be rounding up the total for debit(it’s fine and I understand debit terminal rounding) and that I should have gotten 2.99 change. It was disrespectful to me as a patient. to take my money as a tip? Also i called asking about some of the testing information on a concentrate and the woman on the phone was uninterested in helping me and kept walking around the questions. Also their email for questions (info@revclinic.org) is not a valid email domain.

Staff member was rude and talked down to me.

It was quiet and Nathan D spent quite a while fielding questions and making suggestions. Thanks so much!

Everyone there is awesome it’s like you walked in an bam they’ll giving you advice telling you about deals it’s just like everything you can ask for in retail. Even the security guy is cool and chill. 5 stars all around… also I’m like 75% sure I saw Jayson Tatum there

Fantastic place! Great Products, Great Value, Great Prices, Great Discounts/Offers and Great Quality! The service is superb here. Ready to answer all questions and rectify any dilemmas, the staff really steps up and I would recommend this place. I also recommend asking for Malik or manager Mendi to assure a Great "revolutionary" experience. Also, the unique product I would most recommend are the Omura Vape and Flowersticks. very underrated, highly recommended. They need to work on answering calls tho.

I absolutely LOVE IT HERE I came in today & I wasn’t really sure what of what I wanted. So I explained to him I have been experiencing insomnia for 10 years, pain in my back, i suffer from night terrors, and a slewww of other diagnosis. The man that helped me was beyond knowledgeable about the products he suggested, it’s almost like he knew exactly what would work, He said the hazelnut Cream would be for a nice body relax, because of the small amount of indica, but I could also be creative and it’s best for day time use because of the satia (he was totally RIGHT ON) I got dreadbread that was a real nice smoke it helped with my pain!!! and ohhhhh that Vanilla gorilla should be a super hero strain for insomnia (I’ve finally slept through the night) I love the smoke of it nice high and definitely a sleepy strain (for me at least). Not to mention the Budtender that helped me out was truly amazing and I can’t wait to go back again and I forget his name but He had nailpolish on& an Apothoca hat. Really nice guy!!!!!!! Thank you sooo much For all your help!!!!!!!!!! Be back soon!!!!

My very first MMJ visit was at Rev in Central Sq. I was so anxious at first, I was crying by the time I entered the main area of the clinic but a big part of why I went the MMJ route is because of my anxiety. The staff were kind and understanding, I didn't feel judged at all (I likely would have had an anxiety attack if I did). I was helped by Whitney and she. is. AMAZING! She was so understanding, easy to talk to, was patient, shared her opinions on strains and helped me get a better idea of what to expect from different ones and set me up with an initial strain to try. Her recommendations were on point. I'm glad Rev is on my way home from work but it's nice they also do delivery. If it's your first time there or if you're not over the moon about your budtender, ask for Whitney. I mean it! Thank you Whitney for helping me and giving me a great first experience as a MMJ patient!

Carmen and Vanessa were absolutely wonderful and made for a very warm welcoming! Nathan was so knowledgeable about everything cannabis, moreso than I have ever experienced anywhere else. You can tell he has a passion for this. He educated me on so much in what felt like a short amount of time. I am 100% returning thanks for those 3, especially Nathan.

I walked in to place my order. Whitney checked me in. She was rude and had an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. The place was empty. Only one person greeted me. I wandered around until I was directed where to go. It turned out Jacob, the person who rung me up, was present the entire time but just ignoring my presence or too busy in his phone to be aware. I bought an eighth of Hazelnut Cream and the flower is superb. Good MA contender. Will return but only if they have good flower.

The fact that I was met with compassion, awesome customer service as soon as I was buzzed in from the security David mays to Evan who pleasantly signed me in and directed me to super kool, informative Manager/budtender jasmine. Thank you for a such a awesome experience and keeping that Great compassionate revolutionary vibe. Peace!

I wouldn't expect anything less than greatness after the year and a half of insanely great customer experience at Rev's Somerville Location and Rev at Central Square is definitely crushing it! Rev has done an incredible job of curating a caring staff who are truly passionate about cannabis and have developed a truly holistic medicinal cannabis experience. I owe a lot of gratitude to Revolutionary Clinics for catalyzing much personal growth for offering a medication that works and a staff that cares about its patients. Rev does not see you as profit, Rev sees you as part of the community (can't wait for some awesome Central Square Block Parties!).

This is my favorite dispensary by far. Super convenient and the selection is great. Big shout outs to JOE for helping answer my questions and for continuing to help people get the medicine they need, even during this troubling time with the COVID virus. : )

Again... for the 2nd time... another long distance trip to see an alternate source for flower... for the strains i have already had and enjoyed. Came back with near-worthless weed (not sativa)... and to tell you the truth... i believe that they are screwing me up on purpose. I have never smoked a strain in 25 years of experience that has burnt the taste buds off my tongue in one night. This company is participating in pharma-testing of stuff that burns your tongue. This is a huge departure from what "Bruce Banner" and "Stardawg" has done for me in the past... with energy, focus and happiness in only a few pulls. I AM NOT TREATED CORRECTLY AT THIS BUSINESS.

Super convenient location with helpful staff. Joe was my budtender and he took all the time I needed while discussing my needs and the products that would best serve me. I loved his suggestion of the Clementine 1:1 vape cartridge.

I learned things about strains i didnt even know i needed to know. He made some suggestions after asking me some questions about my canabis needs. I've gone recreational plenty before this experience but this easily topped any i have had prior to this one. The strain he suggested might now be a new favorite so check out mass ave and talk to mike if you arent sure what u may need. This guicy banger is exactly the type of strain i wanted.

Tehy all know me im a regular and the entire staff is pretty good. I like Marcus he is very nice and polite, Nate always is a straight shooter wont steer you wrong, and then there is Mike I really enjoy talking to mike, i feel like he might be the most knowledgable budtender in any dispensary i have been to. I have been smoking a long time so to learn about what is in the strains i like has been great.

all i can say is greg's the man he was totally the best dude got me the best deals explained everything in detail got me on the rev card i was not even going to get till he was telling me about it we like the same stains just awsome guy give him a raise hope to see him the next time ill deff be back again and again

They do everything ok, and have been more concerned with making me happy then simply taking my money.
