Good social distancing measures and very friendly staff. Has a good variety of product and a nice rewards program. It's the fourth dispensary I have used and I will be using as my regular dispensary going forward.

I soo happy to have stumbled upon Restore. Their COVID prevention protocol is really good; and the customer service along with the knowledge of the staff members is a breathe of fresh air in this day and age. My new go to place😊.

This is my favorite dispensary in the area and there are many near me. I am always welcomed by the awesome staff and really enjoy the atmosphere.

Longest wait time I’ve ever experienced. Minimum 20-30 minutes per person with pre-order and there’s not even a full line of people being helped in the back. The manager has to go to each register to approve discounts, so when 5 people are getting discounted products then everyone ends up waiting. The mismanaged system makes me not want to go back.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I love it at Elkins Park. Being a newbie I was nervous. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Not knowing exactly what to get I found Staci to be very friendly and helpful. She broke it all down to me so I could understand what to get. She also made recommendations that were always good. She goes above and beyond getting me a chair to sit being disabled.

Generally very nice folks who work hard for the customer to insure satisfaction. Staff turnover is very high. Most have a great sense of humour. One bad apple with a chip on her should, determined to make everything (a compliment about hairstyle)a racial micro-agression, doesn't live up to her peers. Taints everyone with her negative attitude. Sad that the experience can be made unpleasant just because one person does not know how to deal with a variety of people. I might continue shopping there because out is a block away.

This posting is meant for anybody and everybody who has ever been here or plans to do so. As a customer, this is undoubtedly the worst place to leave my money. If I could give a negative number for a review, I would gladly do so. I was in this location yesterday and bought (2) containers of the same item at regular price. By the time I got home, this item was listed on line at a significantly lower sale price. When I called them about this, I was informed they do not adjust pricing under this circumstance. How morally bankrupt and lacking in business ethics can any one business be? I am still in shock. They apparently have no issues with screwing a customer, but seemed very pleased with themselves for doing so; it's their practice.
I seriously wish lower/negative values were an option to express my opinions. Their customer service is obviously not a concern to them. As far as the quality of their products are concerned, they carry nothing different than any other dispensary in the area. This does not even warrant a response. They offer nothing unique. Their in-store service, again, is no different than any other dispensary. What separates them from the others, is their lack of business ethics, morals and fairness. I'm glad I decided to use my patient reward points so I'm not leaving them with anything.
I personally will never and can never return to this place and I hope whoever is reading this will think twice. There are too many other businesses to leave your money. Learn from someone else's mistakes. You don't have to make them yourselves. Someone else's mistakes can be the best teacher.
Be assured, I will continue to post reviews until I feel I have reached as many people as is humanly and physically possible. Again, this place offers nothing so special or unique as to deserve or warrant our business.

I used to love this place. Now they have 45 minute long waits (happened to me MULTIPLE) times now, due to staffing. I used to love the atmosphere and they have one new manager who is TERRIBLE
