Restore is the best dispensary around. They have high quality products; fast, friendly service with a smile; a great location and most of all the best patient rewards and incentives program. For every $1 spent, you earn a reward point. When you have 100 reward points, you get $5 off. Some of their competitors use a similar rewards points system. Restore offers a 20% everyday discounts for new patients and veterans; 15% discounts for seniors (60+), SSDI & SNAP, and 10% for those employed in PA's MMJ industry. For purchases made Mondays through Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. they apply their 5% "Daily Delight" discount to the everyday discount. I got the 20% veteran's discount plus the 5% "Daily Delight" discount for timing my purchase late morning on a Tuesday for a total of 25% off regular price, and accumulated reward points for a future additional $5 off. The patient consultant budtenders went the extra mile to check their "loosies" bin for Jack Herer which I couldn't order online because it had been taken out of their online menu because it got below the low stock threshold. I was over the moon when they showed me they had three of the 3.5g containers plus a few of the 1g containers left, and I happily bought 3.5g. They have a great, safe location and ample parking. None of their competitors have a rewards and discount system that will allow a 25% discount and rewards points. The most I could get from a competitor would be 20% off and rewards points.

Always a long line, doesn't matter if you ordered online or are walking in. If you preorder online they don't bother to call or give any notification if something is out of stock until you are in the store. The music is sometimes so loud you can't hear them behind the wall of plexy.

Everyone is always super polite, very short wait if any, has the best selection for the area, and a easy location to get in and out of.

I've been dealing with Sara at Insa. Nice young lady. I bought a defective cart 7/31/24 from Restore in E. Petersburg PA. I called Insa last week when the cart stopped drawing. Per instructions I sent a picture of the cart and my receipt. I received the Insa return/exchange form then proceeded to the dispensary, (Restore, East Petersburg, PA) only to be told that I must have the original packaging. I can understand that as the ideal protocol, but ideal doesn't always work out. I have been an MMJ patient since 2018 and a long time Restore customer, as well as Insa. Of course, Insa blames Restore, and Restore blames Insa. This is not customer service, it is customer disservice! All it takes is for Insa to give them a credit and instruct them to replace my cart with one that works. and don't tell me "you can't." You choose not to. This is probably a waste of my time because if you cared this would have already been fixed. All this, over your wholesale cost of a cart! Wow! But remember, bad news travels 10x faster than good news! I'm forced to check a box below, but I don't mean it!!!

This is my go-to pot shop. Discounts are great, people are genuine. Pennsylvania's last hold out against Corperate Multi-State conglomerates.

My first ever trip to a store. Staff from front end to exit were very nice!! The woman taking care of me really was knowledgeable on what I would need for the types of pain I have. Took her time and really was very sweet and answered any questions I had. Great experience.. great discounts... great rewards program!!

everyone is friendly. i saw someone say long lines but the only time I waited in a long line was black Friday when everything was 30% off. online prices seem a wee bit higher but they have a good reward program and discounts gallore. definitely worth the extra miles I drive to get there.

I've been to this location before as well as many other dispensaries in this area as well as others. the customer service is terrible at reception. worst experience ever and will never return. no sign on door stating 1 at a time when most other places take several at a time. and then yell when you're supposed to "know" and expect you to be a mind reader. either put up signs or be polite. I'll never shop here again!

Best in Lancaster for top quality medical marijuana. I have been an extremely satisfied patient of Restore East Petersburg from the day they open their door for business. The friendly and knowledgable agents in the dispensary are second to none. Extensive inventory, on average 250 flower choices and double that for your vape needs. Great discounts and $5 on C-note points program.

I was very nervous on my first visit, but after discovering all the discounts available and feeling comfortable with every staff member I worked with. I have no problem recommending Restore. They really DO work with you TO FIND the product for your health issues.

Knowledgeable, friendly, healer helpers… First experience at this dispensary and i could’ve gotten banned by allowing another patient to come in with me (first timer here, the mom looked harmless don’t come at me) and that was stopped before she set her set of feet at the front, I thought I was going to get her angelic ass and myself kicked out. Any who the Gent at the desk quickly handled that situation with professionalism and kindness, He made me aware of the rules. After making it through phase one I was welcomed at the greeter desk by a lady that was all smiles (it’s a motto they live by, they all sported amazing smiles) so she put me in the system and handed me a tablet to do a short 2min survey as I waited at the lobby for my name to be called. No kidding as soon as I handed that back the door opened and I was welcomed by Char. This individual had so much patience and understanding because I knew NOTHING (if me coming in with another patient didn’t give anyone that clue to begin with) so he asked me the if I knew what I was looking for. I explained my symptoms and then I was showered with all this knowledge and I was shown ALL the products they had to help me with my symptoms. My head was buzzing with the overwhelming quality of choices… Char’s patience is GOLD seeing people just walk in grab and go, here I was camping at the station. Char was all smiles, so any who I was recommended this wonderful strain … Day 2 update; I was medicating as I was writing this yesterday and IT WORKED after going over a month without being able to hold food down, Char nailed it. Thank you for providing me with the perfect strain to help me hold it down. I woke up feeling energized and without nausea. So yes, 10 stars all around. Clean, organized and stocked establishment, powered with friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and dedicated healer helpers at your service at the East Petersburg Restore dispensary. Thank you for this wonderful experience not only to Char but also to every individual that I encountered. You’re all absolutely amazing and gratefully appreciated. Looking forward to coming back.
