35.00 millennium extracts oil catridge was bad and neither companys will honor this product, your just S.O.L so now how can I safely get my 35.00 worth out of the bad product and into my Cadillac. (At least it's never failed me)

My honest first impression of Remedy was "Somebodys' been to Vegas". From the concierge experience and high end-ish finishes on. (Think Essence LV, but with Northwesty-ness) I don't want to say one thing to discourage anyone from visiting. The tribe deserves your weed money far more than the other options in the "area". (Arlington or Everett) You know you're just gonna grab something quick and go lose the rest of your money at Casino anyway. But Good Luck!

Have been a few times and have purchased edibles, and a few cartridges. Prices were excessive for the area, unfortunately the quality didn't live up to the hype. When I visited you could not see any of the leaf of extract. Staff did not seem knowledgeable, and the concierge model was poorly executed.

Everyone is so nice here, I feel so welcome everytime I come in! The prices are always great. The place looks awesome. Been to many pot shops, but Tulalip is my #1 pick for sure.

Stopped at Remdy on way home from seattle, I really enjoy the layout of the store, all of the display cases were neat an tidy, they showcase the products very well, I was most impressed by the table near the exit, it was full of cannabis educational handouts, I work at a Cannabis store An don’t venture far from home often! Nice to explore an see what’s out there! Budtender Melissa handled the line of customers like a boss!!

Bud tenders typically know nothing about strain genealogy. They look for % on thc levels and don't care what you're looking for really. Very young tenders that don't even know the difference between shatter and pull n snap.

This place has come a long way sense they first opened. In the beginning it was slow, you couldn't hardly see the product, and selection was low, but NOW the selections are great, prices are pretty good and its 10x faster. Well done Remedy! I'll will tell my friends to give it another shot.

I’m not a big fan of dank dark or ‘old’ looking shops and this place is in no way like that. It’s clean, it’s open, it’s professional, the budtenders WANT to help you. On my 3rd visit here, and each I’ve explained my needs, experience and what I thought I needed as well as budget and left spending a lot less than I had planned. Good options at all price ranges, and super professional setting.

Tried to charge me $50 more than what I paid 3 weeks ago for the same thing. Also $50 more than what leafly shows as the price.

They had 3 guys manning the door, but none of them knew how to communicate their ID check procedure which included making you look directly into a security camera (does anyone else even do that? It was weird). The bud tenders didn't even know their own inventory. We asked for Jesus og, they sold us Jesus. We even asked to confirm it was the correct stain, but they wouldn't let us close enough to read it. To top it off, everything thing was way overpriced.

They charge more for the exact same product at another store because they run thier own market

Before all this quarantine stuff I've had good experiences here but apparently now customer service is gone once they have your cash in hand. A couple weeks ago my girlfriend ordered 2 cartridges online. I waited in the car while she went to the "pick-up window". They asked for payment and held the bag with her order until they got the cash. She checked the order as she walked away and saw they gave her completely the wrong items. (One cartridge which was not one she ordered and a dab syringe) She hadn't moved more than 10 feet away and went right back to tell them they made a mistake. They refused to correct her order and told her there was nothing they could ( more like would) do unless the items were defective. Moral of the story: IF YOU GO HERE, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY! (Better yet just go some place that actually gives a crap about its customers) We will NOT be back. 😡👎

First time going here and last! Definitely not a good vibe the minute I approached and entered. But the guy who was supposed to be helping me was not at all helpful or friendly, so I asked someone else for their opinion as they seemed confused as to who was helping me too. As soon as I asked a few questions and explained what I was looking for the guy, Cody, made a condescending and very rude comment about how I seem to be asking everyone else and not listening to him. First off he was not helping me. Secondly, I should be able to ask for a second opinion to have a better idea if it’s something I want and as I am spending my money on. Horrible customer service, especially for someone coming in as their first time!! They had a very poor selection as well. I usually go to the PRC and they actually work as a team with a way better vibe, Customer service, and selection! Any shop is better than this one, that I have been to.

I always say I won't come back...and then I give them another chance. I have gotten bad carts, bad service and bad vibes from here. Prices are high as hell because it's the only shop in Marysville.

my rating would be 1 star just because of the fact that they're far more expensive than most. I didn't particularly "like" any aspect other than adequate parking. the flower is as good but not better than any other shop. I guess if you care for such things the overall physical appearance of the store inside and out is free of clutter and relatively clean feeling.

always give them a chance. first off their product may look good but it's dried out and shorted, also taste stale. I work hard and spend my money on things I want, when I get a bag from here I always regret it. never go here. even gardens I've known to be good or tell me they have deals coming up remedy does not honor thoose deals and keep their prices sky high. 1937 is probably the only stuff I'd buy but they over charge for it, the farm itself tells me they have deals at remedy for their product but unfortunately greed gets the beat and they won't come down from 50-60 an eith... buds garage in Everett 100% better quality and quantity this is from a long time ever day smoker.

They sell defective merchandise, don't apply sales as on their website, shi**y customer service, make up their own hours and close when it says they're open cuz gas must be free for them? Close early on sale dates to not have to honor sale price. The list goes on. I guess when you make enough money you can tell your customers to f*ck off whenever you feel like it?

Renee was a gem of a bud tender. Definitely helpful and knowledgeable re:medical needs. Came in wanting just a bit of cbd flower and left with a bit more, but that was mostly due to better prices than what I can get closer to home. Grateful for the help she gave and the variety of products I am actually looking for.
