Remedy - Baltimore

Out of all 5 dispensaries I have been to so far, they were by far the most friendly. They not only greet you & super helpful, but actually have conversation with you. It literally felt like going to meet some friends. They hired a great team of people! Plus the space is huge and has a lot of unique features. There is a few different brand display sets from Rythm and Cookies and they are going to add more. There is nostalgic arcade games and giant lounge area with big screen TVs and video games. A very welcoming atmosphere. I just hope they expand their product line to more brands. But I didn't knock a star off for that since they have been open less than a week. Highly recommend them!

The customer service here is outstanding. I happened to be in one evening while a customer was having an argument with a manger. The complaint was out of the managers hand due to Maryland connection issues. The customer was extremely angry and unprofessional. The manager was professional and never lost her cool while the customer was yelling at her. Her patience was amazing. This is a great place to be and has wonderful events! Check it out!

MD mmj patients will be blown away by this Remedy location. The team is helpful and proactive. I submitted an online order, one item was out of stock, my budtender had picked out 2 alternatives with similar Terpenes, potency and price. Excellent value added guys. Also had the fortune of meeting the GM, Darren. When I mentioned not finding a specific item, he went straight back to personally check. I could see plenty of happy patients and budtender enjoying the grind. Remedy Baltimore smells like skunk and success.

The staff made the process increasingly simple and easy. These people were very friendly as well. The Doctor was keeping things light and I enjoyed the entire call.

Devin aka Ginger Jesus is easily one of best dispensary employees this state has ever seen. Remedy should feel incredibly lucky to have him on their staff!!!

My girlfriend and i decided that i should go to Remedy for my birthday since they offer discounts for your birthday. They have a wallet part where you can access all your discounts and points offered to you on their main website. When we checked the website, they told me “Happy Birthday to you!” and IT SAYS i have $125 off as my birthday gift from them. When we arrived at the dispensary, and were given Jay as our bud-tender, i told him i had a preorder and when he returned with my items, i mentioned that it’s my birthday TODAY and that i was given $125 of credits on their wallet. He then told me that their website is “acting weird” right now, and that i wasn’t supposed to be given that much credits. He said that it’s usually only a pre-roll or $50 credits off for your birthday and that there was nothing else he could do to help us. It’s extremely frustrating because we traveled HOURS to come to this specific dispensary in Baltimore just for the credits i was promised for my birthday. Jay was very condescending the entire purchase and wasn’t lenient on helping me get the discount i was PROMISED for my BIRTHDAY. I had to get rid of more than half of my order just because they made a mistake on their website and were unwilling to rectify our situation even though we had the screenshots and actual website pulled up in front of him and showed him multiple times. It was an EXTREMELY disappointing experience, not sure we will be back again.

I really enjoyed this dispensary!!! I love the atmosphere, how they had video games, a place you could sit and chill at. The budtender that I had was really knowledgeable I asked him like a million questions and every question I had he was on point with. He knew the terps that I was looking for and what flower matched that description that I was going for. Plus it's really close to my house like 8 minutes away if that! From now on this will be my go to spot as they have a HUGE collection of items to pick from! I've gotten two really good strains from this place and they didn't disappoint at all! They even had merchandise you could buy like smell proof backpacks, they even had wallets there, and they had other cool items that were really fun to just walk around n see all of it. it wasn't busy at all even though there was a lot of ppl there I was in n out no problem! I would let anyone i know to go here bc they have to be one of the best experiences I've ever had from a dispensary! Definitely going back when I need more flower.
