his dispensary should be in its own category. The professionals at ReLeaf Shop truly set the standard in Maryland for cannabis dispensaries IMHO. The check in process was easy and the people at the front desk were the best ever, friendly and funny! I was guided back to the main dispensary and it had a nice lounge space feel. There’s spacious seating with reading materials where they also give informational sessions. Amazing vibes, you just feel comfortable, no harsh lighting and it doesn’t feel doctor’s office-y like some other places. The staff got along well and complimented each others’ knowledge when the girl helping me was unsure about something. Great salespeople, but real chill...they know what’s good and you just listen and find yourself saying “yes, that’ll help me, give me that”......and believe me, this has been good sh*t. Best prices, best people, never disappointed, nuff said. Go there now, bring your friends.

I have been a customer here for quite some time. My caregiver goes almost weekly for me spending hundreds of dollars. I placed an order through leafly yesterday at 9:05AM at 9:12AM I got the text saying it was ready. My caregiver goes to pick it up AND THAT IS WHERE THE ISSUES CAME. He got there after 5PM and the order was NOT prepared at all so he had to wait (defeats the entire purpose od ordering ahead). Then all of my items were no longer there. I wanted 2 bottles og RSO pills and they only had one of this particular brand. No one bothered to call me to say all of my items were not available. Instead I get a text saying my order is ready for pick up. I understand Leafly sends that but it couldn't do it if one of their inept employees didn't initiate it by pretending to fill the order. They then try to sell my caregiver a similiar but MORE EXPENSIVE product. That is the literal definition of bait and switch. When I spoke with JT the manager he was NO HELP. Wouldn't acknowledge that his staff screwed up. He kept giving me a bunch of excuses saying his staff woild never do that. How do you tell a customer they didn't just experience what they did without doing any investigation? PURE INCOMPETENCE is what that is. If the manager is incompetent it stands to reason so are his employees. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue like this. There are too many dispensaries in MD to patronize one with incompetent employees with ZERO customer service. Pure Life here we come.

I ordered edibles because they said they were having this MAJOR SALE before Thanksgiving and I waited over 2 hours for them to tell me that the sale was on another product. They didn’t seem to care too much and offered me a laughable discount if I wanted to come back. Thanks but no thanks 🙏🏼

I love going to Releaf Shop ever since I fount them going to lunch at a job close by. Pros Great service Great products Great prices Friendly atmosphere And my favorite pro of all is they are Pooch friendly as long as your dog behaves I would assume. PS Dottie and Large Marge loves the dog treats. Cons Well none really. I would say that a friend of mine still hasn’t received SMS daily messages with deals and strain drops but nothing back breaking Actually my one big gripe is the parking lot, due to all the 1 way streets people don’t like to obey, the flow of the roads but that is more on The city then anything. Only becomes a problem the last hour, Friday’s and usually promo days. All in all they have the best deals around I have fount so far, and no complaints.

ReLeafShop is my favorite dispensary! I have been to dozens of dispensaries in Maryland and throughout California. Releaf has consistently provided quality products, great service and the best deals around. All staff are super friendly and give perfect service. I have had great experiences with all budtenders such as Ashley, Gabby, Max, Jessica, LaShawn, Dave, Steven and Nancy and many more. I come here at least once a week and love using the curbside service paired with Leafly preordering.

Home of the quality $25 1/8, y’all! Consistently great service and quick entry upon check in. All employees are friendly and caring. Parking situation can be a tight squeeze when crowded but I’ve been placing Leafly orders to get in and out quickly AND so I don’t overspend my budget. If you’re like me, cash flow comes in dribs and drabs so it’s nice to be able to pick up a decent size package at a really reasonable price. And the offerings are great. I also especially like the buy 3 grams get one free menu to try new product. Shout out to Diara! She’s the best!

Well, there’s one guy that’s very rude and impatient with me, he should find a new job ASAP. Today, I preordered and didn’t realize I only could pay with cash. So I asked if I could come in and they young lady said too many ppl were in there. Ok, fine. So I went elsewhere to an ATM. Came back to pick my items up. My order was $115.00 but they didn’t have the exact brand I wanted so they gave me a different one that was $5 less. So I expected to pay $110. I gave her $120 and received $5 cash back. So they need to be more clear on item pricing, specify cash only pickups and better customer service. I’m in enough pain, I don’t need these problems.

This is sad cause they’ve been my go to dispensary for a long time now. But a few weeks back I bought an OZ of Culta Cobra Lips from them and the bud was fu*ked up. It crackled and popped with every hit, the ask was straight black and god did it give you the worst headache. So I email Culta and to my surprise, they were amazing. I had a customer service rep named Karly and she told me she would replace the OZ even if I had smoked some, she just had to reach out to Releaf with email to explain the situation and reimburse them on the OZ. She emailed me back to say she had emailed and good to go. So I reached out to Releaf 3 different times and I was told to leave my number and the manager or owner would call me back.... yeah that never happened. I guess I’m stuck using medicine that is clearly loaded with fertilizer. Biggest disappointment ever

This dispensary is awesome! Just left there and took advantage of the Grassroots deal today. My budtender was so helpful. She detailed the different options and patiently went thru the terp profiles with me. I’m an experienced dabber but it’s always nice to take your time and not be rushed when selecting meds. Really digging this spot lately. ReLeaf is the best dispensary in the city right now. Hands down.

1st they will sit there and deny all your calls then they’ll have deal days where you have to get there within the first hour of opening to even catch the sales they got because they only put a few ounces up for sale on deal days then when the first few go in to purchase now all sales are done before the day was even 1/4 started because they only supply enough for a hand full of people and that’s it probably will not be back after this it’s unbelievable
