Everything they offer is stale. Every jar that you can odor test smells mildewy and old. On Dec 31 I made a purchase and realized the cultivation dates on my bottles were from September 2018?? Always ask for the cultivation date before you make a purchase here. Anything thats been sitting in a humid jar for over a month is not something I want. Fresh good quality is missing from this shop. Seriously you have to check in at the front door and wait to enter the shop much like a dentists office. The having to wait in a waiting room is ridiculous. The person at the front door is much too friendly. They tried to charge me 122$ for an 80$ purchase so pay attention. Every jar sampled smelled the same (because they were cultivated 4 months ago) There are much much better shops out there with the fresh dank!!

If could give this dispensary more than 5 stars I would! Budtenders are always so outgoing, informative & professional! I am never disappointed with the 🔥coppertops & canamo concentrates, you can't get better quality for the price! This shop is and will forever be my go to for my meds 🖤 Keep it up Raspberry Roots, you're killing it!

Raspberry Roots is. The. Spot. This place is definitely my shop. In there several times a week, it is always clean and welcoming. I’m a big time introvert and I never feel uncomfortable or intimidated at RR. They always answer my questions thoughtfully and have the best rewards program in town. Already have cashed in point an received a $1 premium vape cartridge!

I am so disappointed in what I picked up today for 4-20.... u finally had “extreme creme” in again... so I ordered an eighth on phone n picked it up.... I should have opened it.... it has so much leaf!!! I don’t know if u have a new trimmer or what but I usually pay 25$ for ur Friday specials, but you don’t have them anymore, I understand why, I thought I’ll pay the extra 10$... I know that’s probably not a lot of money to you guys, but it is to me.... This sucks!!! Rip!!

A great dispensary with great product! I love the Tropical Heat and Gold Leaf the best. They have deals and flash sales all the time, with a great customer rewards program. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer any of your questions, without making you feel rushed yet I somehow still never have to wait long at all when I come in here. 5 stars!

Absolutely love Raspberry Roots! We make the drive from the valley just to come here because they always have the best prices and products.

I've been to a few dispos and Raspberry Roots is by far the best for top shelf buds and wax, especially the Canamo stuff they carry. Yesterday I grabbed some Royal Gorilla and it was 🔥🔥🔥, gonna be back for more soon before its gone!

Absolutely love this dispensary!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are all extremely knowledgeable and polite. I can't get enough of this place. I also can't wait for their expansion!! Try their tropical heat whenever they have it and purchase as much as you can because that stuff goes quick!! Also...best rewards in the state!!

Weirdly set up store front, upon showing your ID you are asked to wait in a lobby for 1 on 1 service... why cant I browse the display cases inside the sales floor while I wait? Who decided that sitting in a lobby with a television was better than letting the customers view products in the cases?? Bass akwards store no one else makes you wait like this.. asked bud tender and was told it was fpr BETTTER customer service??? Are you crazy?!

The sales on tjeir deli style bud is good because it give me a chance to buy and try something new with out overpaying for a perroll just to try a nee strain they have on the menu. bit it is a hassle when u find something u like and they can't tell u if or when the stain u like back on tje menu

I keep saying this...Tyson is one of the best budtenders in town. If not the best. He works the pick up window so I think his expertise is ⁶kinda wasted there. But he can add to you order if you talk to him and he's not busy.

Feel like someone died, its like 2 different crews I came on the morning, I came in the morning and felt the tension and seen the confusion. I returned at night and got laughter and smiles. Why can’t it be like this every time I come in.

I used to love this place but all my favorite faces have moved on and the quality of the flower is average at best now. The deals used to be relevant but now are just repetitive and obviously have the best options removed for the day of the sale. The place looks run down and dull. Don't Benevento their hype. They bribe people to vote so that they look like "the best". That's all they care about is money and image. Their staff is great but all seem to be on the verge of a breakdown. I've had several budtenders tell me while making a purchase about how unhappy they are with how the place is run and that the faces I've noticed gone are ones the that didn't agree with upper management's philosophies and were put out. My days shopping here are sadly over. Hopefully they will learn to appreciate their staff and understand that those people are who we as customers enjoy and go in to see. Get it together guys.
